Family-friendly apartment with south terrace on our sunny horse farm

The ecologically renovated apartment (about 60 square meters) is located on our Sonnenpferde farm in a secluded location in the Lippe mountains. It consists of a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom (bed 1.40 × 2 m and children's travel bed), living room (with sheep sofa, dining area & TV), as well as anteroom with bed and play corner. So there are 6 beds and a baby crib available. This includes a south-facing terrace. Many animals live on our farm. Visiting dogs are welcome. Riding lessons for children are possible.

You are within walking distance of the main train station, the gateway to the city. Almost at the doorstep is the popular Lister Meile with its nice cafes, restaurants and shops. At the end of Lister Meile you will reach the largest urban forest in Europe, the Eilenriede. The apartment is quiet, bright, spacious and has two TVs. Wi-Fi can also be used on the balcony. Of course, sleeping comfort is especially important. That's why we value good mattresses and also offer neck pillows.

The apartment has recently been completely renovated. The walls were finished with anti-mold panels and plaster.

Supermarkets (Edeka, Penny) are within walking distance, and a bakery is on the street. The tram is about 5 minutes on foot. The trade fair is about 15 minutes away. Parking is possible in front of the house for free. Swisslife/HDI are about 5 minutes by car, the A2 / A7 / A37 highways are about 10 minutes away.
