Our in-law apartment contains a bedroom, full bathroom, and living room with TV (inc. Netflix & Disney+), DVD player, and futon. Our house is one mile from downtown Saratoga. Our first floor is an open floor plan with the kitchen, dining room and living room all open with high ceilings. The living room opens to a screened in porch overlooking our backyard and pond area. On the back deck we have a five person hot tub. The bedrooms are upstairs. The master bedroom has a jacuzzi tub and a ceiling fan. The owner of this house is an art teacher and his artwork and craftsmanship give character to our house.

Beautiful sunny carriage house on Saratoga's historic east side,with brick floors on the first floor, 4 skylight windows on the second floor . Stained glass windows, tons of wonderful character. Great entertainment space on the first floor. Brand new shower. Walking distance to downtown! On a side note, our garden was featured on This Old House season 43 episode 30. It’s a great season to watch if you want to learn some history and information about our wonderful city of Saratoga!

This is a one bedroom apartment on the second floor of my home. It includes a full kitchen, full bathroom, bedroom with queen size bed and large closet and large living room. It is fully furnished and air conditioned. The windows are large providing lots of light and fresh air since they face both the east and west sides of the house. The apartment is in a Victorian house built in 1892 which I have been carefully restoring for several years. I live on the ground floor.
