The apartment is within walking distance of the city center, supermarket, bakery, butcher and delicatessen shops and only 10 minutes by bike to the beach of Scheveningen. The entire house has been recently renovated, preserving as many original details as possible.

The Yard | Centre of Scheveningen (+free parking)

The Yard is een fris appartement op 400 meter afstand van de boulevard. Als je op zoek bent naar een verblijf in hartje Scheveningen, dan is dit de plek voor jou! De strandtenten zijn op steenworp afstand en de Keizerstraat (winkelstraat) is om de hoek. Ik bied gratis parkeren in mijn garage aan. Het appartement is heel praktisch ingedeeld en er is slim gebruik gemaakt van de aanwezige ruimten. De douche cabine is aan de kleine kant (80x70), maar dit wordt gecompenseerd met een ruime keuken!

Heerlijk licht en ruim jaren 30 appartement van 100m2 met 2 slaapkamers en (per fiets of tram) op 10 min van het strand en 15 min van het centrum. Om de hoek van de Fahrenheitstraat met een groot aanbod van winkels en diverse leuke horeca! Slechts een steenworp van het strand vind je dit "vakantie" huis. Een huis om tot rust te komen. Het huis bevat alles wat je nodig hebt voor een volledig ingericht verblijf. Romantisch verblijf voor 2 maar leent zich ook voor ouders met 1 of 2 kinderen. Of 3 volwassenen. Er is in het woon gedeelte een bank als extra slaapplek. (In slaapkamer extra matras mogelijk). Er is parkeergelegenheid voor onze gasten bij het huis, de kosten zijn 20,- per nacht). Er is koffie en thee beschikbaar.

There are numerous restaurants and takeaways in the pleasant neighborhood. Breakfast can be a 5-minute walk away at Hofje van Noman or Kafnush in the Keizerstraat.
