Deze loft is van alle gemakken voorzien. Mooi uitzicht op de goed onderhouden tuin met daarachter een vergezicht over de weilanden in de omgeving. Eveneens is er een heerlijk dakterras van 4x2,5mtr. Heerlijk beschut tegen de wind en met het avondzonnetje is het ook tot ver in het najaar goed vertoeven! De badkamer bevindt zich op de begane grond, waardoor er in de loft voldoende plaats overblijft voor een gezellig slaap/zit gedeelte en een keukenblok met eetgedeelte. ( Traplopen onvermijdelijk!)

Gezellig verblijf voor 2 gasten in een kasteelhoeve in een prachtige omgeving. De kasteelhoeve is onderdeel van een historische buitenplaats. Verblijf heeft een eigen entree, hal met toilet, woonkamer / keuken en op de bovenverdieping een slaapkamer met een luxe bed en badkamer met douche en toilet. De keuken is volledig ingericht met koelkast, afwasmachine, oven en magnetron. Heerlijke koffie via een Nespresso koffiezetter. Interessante korting bij boeking voor week of maand.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 1. Etage und ist über eine Aussentreppe erreichbar. Hier befindet sich auch eine kleine Terasse, die genutzt werden kann. Die Wände innen sind mit Lehmstreichputz verputzt, der Fußboden mit Dielenbretter ausgelegt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel (Bus und Bahn) sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Eine regelmäßige Verbindung nach Aachen, Herzogenrath oder die Niederlande ist in 10-15 Min. Fußweg zu erreichen.

Through a private entrance you enter the kitchen / sitting room. Here you can cook, eat and spend the evening. Here are some original items that were used in the mine. You enter the bedroom through this living room. Behind a comfortable double bed you will see a photo wall of the former Staatsmijn Hendrik. Even the night lights are made from original miners helmets. Behind the bedroom is the bathroom and finally a small private garden .

The apartment is only few meters near to beautiful farms and agricultural lands offering relaxing views, ideal to take a walk and get lost :) .

Beneden vind je een complete keuken en een moderne badkamer met ruime douche. Een elegante, rustige hide-away waar comfort, charme en privacy samenkomen. Geniet van de serene sfeer, het mooie uitzicht en het gevoel er écht even uit te zijn!

Kleurrijke Comfortable Caravan

Knus en comfortabel Onze Caravan is omgetoverd in kleurrijk paradijsje. Heerlijke bedden, een ingebouwd echt toilet, een gaskachel, een veranda.. Met veel aandacht en liefde hebben we de ruimte verbouwd en ingericht, zodat er een aangename verblijfsruimte is ontstaan. Je hebt de mogelijkheid om onze wellness apart bij te boeken in de middag, tussen 14.00u en 18.30u. De kosten hiervoor zijn vanaf 1 februari €50.

Wir sprechen mehrere Sprachen : Deutsch, Niederländisch und Englisch. Unser Ferienwohnung liegt in einer schönen ländlichen Umgebung. Bei uns können sie die Seele baumeln lassen. Oder sie können ihre Zeit mit Radfahrer, Wandern oder mit Schoppen verbringen. Den die rad und Wandergebiet Brunsummerheide, Tevenerheide und Shopping Center Maastricht, Roermond liegen alle in unmittelbarer Nähe.( circa 20 min.)
