Très joli appartement fonctionnel, avec vue sur le canal ! Nous étions 3 et le canapé était confortable pour un séjour de 3 nuits. Hôte très réactive avec de chouettes conseils et de bonnes adresses pour se restaurer à proximité de l'appartement. C'était un séjour agréable!

Had a great stay at Francesca's place in Amsterdam. We felt at home right away and the neighbourhood had everything we needed - grocery store, coffee, shops, tram to Central Amsterdam or the train station to get to other cities. The apartment is just what the listing shows - large, bright and comfortable. We felt like locals from the moment we arrived until we got on the tram to head to the airport.

Die Wohnung ist sehr zentral gelegen. Wir hatten Fahrräder dabei und konnten alles in bis zu 10 Minuten erreichen. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön und sauber. Alex hat hilfreiche Tipps gegeben und die Korrespondenz war einfach und schnell. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

The location of Erik’s place was perfect. We were able to easily walk to/from train station, and other sites we wanted to see. They were also very helpful with any questions we had, including keeping me updated on the rail strike that took place while we were there. If we ever find ourselves back in Amsterdam, we will definitely come back to Erik’s place!

What a wonderful spot in such a peaceful area. The flat was everything we needed and more. The personal touches we so nice and made us feel at home.

We’d 100% go back to that same Airbnb next time we go to Amsterdam. Walking distance from our fav soeciality coffee and brunch places, super cute street, easy access (Amsterdam usually has a lot of stairs and this felt like a massive suite that you directly walked into without any steps).

Ruben & Paul were outstanding hosts, the whole family felt very welcome from early bag dropoff and meeting, right through letting us leave our bags before the afternoon train. The house is beautiful, and a historic building, freshly updated and very comfortable. The bed, linens, air conditioning and other provided amenities were in top shape. We will definitely stay with them when we come back…HIGHLY recommended!!! Thank you!

Die Unterkunft ist nicht nur modern und sauber, sondern auch heimelig. Man fühlt sich auf Anhieb wohl und kommt mit allem sofort zurecht. Die Lage ist ruhig und im privaten Hinterhaus, aber trotzdem kann man problemlos mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder zu Fuß innerhalb weniger Minuten nächsten Bahnhof erreichen. Auch Fernverkehrsstraßen sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Das parken in der Straße ist jederzeit möglich und kostenfrei. Danielle ist eine erfahrene, freundliche und gut vorbereitete Gastgeberin. Sie steht in allen Fragen gern zur Verfügung und lässt einem sonst seine Privatsphäre. Wir haben die Unterkunft als Ausgangspunkt für Trips nach Amsterdam, den Strand, und die Umgebung von Nord Holland genutzt. Alles war problemlos innerhalb von 30 Minuten erreichbar. Wir haben uns in der Unterkunft willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt. Gern werden wir wiederkommen.

L' alloggio corrisponde perfettamente alle foto e alla descrizione. La casa è attrezzata con tutto il necessario, soprattutto la cucina e venendo in aereo dall' Italia questa cosa è stata molto apprezzata, abbiamo solo dovuto comprare il cibo (il supermercato è a 5 minuti a piedi). La zona è tranquilla,piena di verde,il parcheggio è gratuito e proprio sotto casa. Chris è stato gentilissimo e ha risposto sempre velocemente dandoci informazioni utili .Il check-in è stato veloce e c'è stata molta flessibilità sull'orario,anche per il check-out. Nieuw Vennep è un ottimo punto di partenza per tante città e località,se affittate la macchina.

A great place for a couple to stay in Amsterdam, great restaurants, lots of sights in walking distance and very close to the railway station. This made access from the airport on public transport very easy. The apartment is spacious, modern and very clean. The downstairs bedroom is very comfortable with an excellent en suite shower room and free from noise as it is below ground level. As advertised, it is accessed down a steep spiral staircase which was fine, but would be a challenge for anyone with mobility issues. The kitchen has a fridge, and an espresso coffee machine which allowed us to make a simple continental breakfast. There are no facilities to cook food, but there are many excellent restaurants within yards, of the front door so treat yourself!! For those who like a Dutch dining experience, we would recommend Van Speyk which is next door ( where we went twice). Food, service and ambiance excellent both times. The Airbnb was truly unique. We stayed at one of the beautiful, historic, dancing houses of Amsterdam. The place was clean and central to many places on our itinerary. Bathroom was quite spacious. Check-in was also a breeze. Would highly recommend!

Kim is very responsive to any communications. Well equips home. Left some items by way of coffee etc to help when you first arrive.

If this listing is available, I recommend you book it, there is only positives to this place. Conveniently located with great views in a spacious and well decorated place, it felt like a home with reasonable setup for a baby (crib, gate at the stairs). Hosts are lovely and responsive. The place felt very safe.

Arjen has quite the incredible apartment near the train station. Nice sized Duplex with outdoor deck off the bedrooms. It couldn't have been more comfortable, with great light, herbs and berries growing on the deck that he encouraged you to consume. It's convenient to almost everything. As others have said the stairs, at first seem daunting, but once you get used to it, it stops being a problem. Arjen was there too meet us when we arrived. He generously carried our bags up the stairs, acclimated us to the space and then took us on a tour of the neighborhood. He was there when we left to go to the airport at 6:30 am to carry our bags back down the steps. He's very charming and articulate. He was never intrusive but always responsive. He loves his city and is willing to share locals only things to do. Next time I come to Amsterdam I'll look to to stay here first.

We absolutely loved our stay at Gein Lust B&B! Just a few minute's ride from the city, the location is absolutely idyllic and beautiful, very peaceful and serene. The accommodations were also first class, perfect for our needs. The space is comfortable and spacious, and nicely appointed. Bianka was a great hostess, very friendly and excellent communication! I highly recommend!

We really enjoyed our stay in Ilpendam and only regret not staying longer. The host Kelly was welcoming friendly and informative and her little studio/shop selling beautiful Indian quilts and clothing etc is well worth a visit. The village itself is pretty and has a nice, friendly restaurant, a useful little shop, and a visiting pizza van on Thursday evenings for a couple of hours. The buses to and from Ilpendam/ Amsterdam Central are regular and about 5 minutes walk from the apartment- they are reasonably priced and efficient. Amsterdam itself is full of interesting things to do, and we found the I amsterdam card very useful here. As there are basic cooking facilities at the apartment we had breakfast and a couple of other meals there, and saved some money this way, as well as enjoying being in the apartment itself- it's very sweet, and with some lovely decorative items. Importantly the bed is very comfortable! We would recommend Kelly's apartment.

The location was great, walking distance to trains and trams to get to the heart of Amsterdam. Far enough away to be quiet for nights in. Nancy was very communicative even though she was on holiday. Easy parking if you drive in and plenty of space for 5, especially if someone doesn’t mind the couch. Would be great for 3 couples. Amazing showers 😁

Το διαμέρισμα είναι σε εξαιρετική τοποθεσία. Έχει υπέροχη θέα σε κανάλι κι αυτό είναι το πιο δυνατό του σημείο! Επίσης είναι πολύ κοντά στο τραμ κι η Αurore απαντά πάντοτε πρόθυμα στις απορίες σας. Αφήνω τελευταία την guest star του σπιτιού, τη Zola. Χωρίς εκείνη το σπίτι θα ήταν άλλο ένα συνηθισμένο airbnb.. Συνιστάται ανεπιφύλακτα!!

We stayed in Timo's apartment for a week. This week was one of the best for us, and the apartment only made it more beautiful. Incredibly spacious, clean, incredibly cozy apartment. So many beautiful elements of art throughout the apartment, selected with taste and love, without anything superfluous. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need. We were happy to spend time in it. Sometimes we thought about why our city program was so dense and busy, because we really wanted to spend more time in a cozy home. Ideal objective value for money. Our communication with Timo was incredibly friendly, he is a very responsive, kind, attentive and caring host, it was a pleasure to communicate with him. All our issues were resolved as quickly, easily and with care as possible. Would we come back again? Of course. Thank you very much for everything🩷

Wir waren für ein Wochenende in der Wohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit den Fahrrädern konnte man die nahe gelegene Metrostation gut erreichen und wir haben eine gute Zeit in Amsterdam gehabt. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und immer gut erreichbar. Ich kann diese Unterkunft für Amsterdam Aufenthalte sehr empfehlen.

Das erste AirBnB, das sich für mich wie ein richtiges zuhause angefühlt hat. Es steckt sehr viel Liebe drin. Man hatte das Gefühl, dass man in einem Märchenhaus gewesen ist. Die Lage ist perfekt, um für ein Wochenende abzuschalten. 30 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Zandvoort und 5 min mit dem Fahrrad nach Harlem. Ich war von Harlem auch sehr überrascht, da es für mich wie eine bessere Version von Amsterdam angefühlt hat.
