This romantic remise is located on Potsdam villa premises featuring old fruit and walnut trees, directly at the shore of Jungfernsee. In the summer, you can enjoy a swim in the lake before breakfast, if you wish. Only a stone’s throw away from the world-famous Glienicke Bridge. For decades during the Cold War, the bridge was the place where spies were exchanged.

Bedroom with large double bed, comfy mattress, ample wardrobe space and access to your private secluded terrace. Living room with comfy L-shaped sofa, which converts to another double bed, TV and DVD player as well as eating space to seat four. Open-plan kitchen, well equipped with fridge/freezer, hob, oven and dishwasher.

Es ist nicht groß, aber hat allen Komfort ohne fancy zu sein. Das Häuschen ist charmant und alt, kein designer-tinyhouse. Berlins Zentrum und Potsdam sind schnell erreicht. Eigener Zugang, Balkon mit Wasserblick, Terrasse und Garten rum herum. Wohnzimmer mit Küche, Badewanne, Schlafzimmer und extra Schlafplatz gegen Aufpreis auf der Bettcouch. Wir wohnen nebenan, also nie ein Zugang- oder Schlüsselproblem. Wir sind am Mauerweg. Auch Haustiere sind willkommen.

The Two Bedroom apartment has a total size of 59m² and includes 2 bathrooms (shower/bathtub with professional hair dryer and cosmetic), a living room with sofa bed and TV, a Double Bedroom with TV and a Single Bedroom. It also has large cabinet space, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and coffee machine, dining table. It can accommodate up to 3 adults and one child/infant (a child up to 9 years on a sofa bed and/or an infant in an extra cot).

You’ll have three spacious rooms, a fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and a modern bathroom—also ideal for longer winter stays in a warm and inviting atmosphere. One bedroom is set up as a dedicated workspace for remote work, with the option to add a second separate workstation. A home cinema provides the perfect setting for relaxing evenings.

Bungalow, ruhig gelegen zw. Berlin und Potsdam

Zwischen Berlin und Potsdam liegt das kleine, einfache Bungalow-Häuschen, direkt neben unserem Wohnhaus auf einem großen Grundstück. Die Unterkunft ist einfach eingerichtet und bietet einen Schlafraum (Doppelbett), eine Küchenzeile (Herd, Spüle, Kaffee), kleines Bad (Dusche, WC, Waschbecken) sowie weitere Schlafmöglichkeiten auf einer Couch (1,20cm breit) unten im EG. Wir freuen uns auf euren Besuch bei uns.

Schönes, ruhiges Apartment mit kleiner Terrasse

Klein aber fein, ist dieses gepflegte Appartement mit ca. 40 qm nahe Schlachtensee in Zehlendorf. Es befindet sich im Souterrain und ist komplett ausgestattet. Die moderne Küche lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Ein eigenes Duschbad sowie ein geräumiger Kleiderschrank stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es vor dem Haus. Ein Sprung in den Schlachtensee ist fußläufig möglich.

Diese wunderschöne ebenerdig über drei herabführende Stufen gelegene Wohnung mit Küche, Wohn- und extra Schlafzimmer in einer sanierten Villa der Jahrhundertwende im grünen Berliner Stadtteil, lässt nicht erahnen, dass man in 20 Minuten in der brodelnden City Berlin ist. Hier kann man verschnaufen und Kraft für den Stadttrip finden.
