The cozy Scandinavian-style cottage can accommodate up to 5 people. The garden and balcony invite you to relax, while the surroundings invite you to active experiences. The house is situated in the village of Fleckeby, between the Schlei and the Hüttener Berge Nature Park, as well as near the Baltic Sea. Here everyone will find their highlight: paddling in the morning with the SUP on the Schlei, in the afternoon on the mountain bike and in between switching off in the forest or spending the day by the sea?

From the balcony, whose windows can be pushed to the side, you can see the city center and the cathedral, the city harbor, the Möweninsel [seagull island] and the Schlei. You also have a nice view from the living room. Ideally suited to explore Schleswig and the surrounding area from here. Parking is available in the parking garage or on the landlord's property (Schwanenwinkel 1).

In October 2021, a detached house centrally located in Neumünster was renovated. The outlet center is only 3 minutes away. In about 40 minutes, you can reach Hamburg via the A7 or Kiel in 30 minutes. In addition, the North Sea and the Baltic Sea are within easy reach. Whether Hansa Park, Heide Park or Legoland in Billund, they are always worth a trip from here. Marielund is a danish farmhouse (est. 1907) in a beautiful and isolated spot right by the baltic sea. It has been completely refurbished, and includes modern amenities, a fireplace and good quality Scandinavian country style furnishing (completed in May 2020). Stunning location, 40 meters from a private beach with direct access through the large south facing garden. Enjoy the sounds of the sea, birdsong and the nights sky in absolute privacy, with no neighbours or tourism to be seen!

Experience the overnight stay in the middle of nature in the conservation area. A magical circus wagon, made with predominantly ecological material, solar power and with simple but cozy furnishings. It has an eco-toilet, a solar shower and a small kitchen with running water. The oven spreads cozy warmth and is heated with wood. The swimming area on the Schlei is 500 meters away. The Viking bike path passes directly by the house, also suitable for horseback riding.

The "lüttje Huus" is right next to the old fishing district of Holm von Schleswig with the old well-kept fishermen's houses around the historic cemetery. The city harbor with embassy rental, ice cream parlor, restaurant and cafes is only 150 meters away. The apartment is about 100 m², has 2 rooms, kitchen and bathroom. It is on level ground and has its own entrance. It has its own terrace and is located to the south side of the house. The rooms are furnished with antique furniture. Kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, fridge. The bathroom has a large corner bath and a double sink. In the living room is a large flat screen. And many shelves with books to suit every taste.
