Studio newly built in 2022 (approx. 35 m², ground floor). The studio is located in the converted hay barn of the Engadine house "Chasa Pütvia" from the 16th Central location on the neighborhood street, a few steps to the ski bus/PostBus and only a 5-minute walk from the village center of Scuol with shops, restaurants and the "Bogn Engiadina" wellness pool. Apartment in an isolated area in the beautiful Val Zebrù of the Stelvio National Park. Great for spending a vacation in contact with nature rich in flora and wildlife. Wood heating, electricity is provided by a photovoltaic system. Die kleine Wohnung (Schlafzimmer, Wohnzimmer, Esszimmer (kein Kochherd), Dusche/WC) in einem 400 Jahre alten Bauernhaus ist in der Nähe vom Bahnhof Ardez. Im Haus und in der Wohnung befinden sich viele antike Gebrauchsgegenstände. Du wirst meine Unterkunft lieben wegen des Flairs aus alten Zeiten, ausgestattet mit allem Komfort. Ein kostenloser Parkplatz steht unseren Gästen in der Nähe zur Verfügung.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen-living room as well as a laundry room for drying ski clothes, shoes, etc. If you want, you can also use the washing machine. Internet TV and WiFi are provided free of charge.
