On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

The unique, recently renovated premises – consisting of a large living-sleeping loft, kitchen, full bathroom and separate wardrobe - offer a fascinating mix of historical and contemporary that will delight design fans.

Two-person apartment at Park Zdrojowy

The studio apartment is located near the Park Zdrojowy park, which leads to the seaside promenade. Close to the boulevard on the Świna River and the ferry crossing. The city center with shops, cafes and restaurants is nearby. Guests have access to a kitchen with a microwave, fridge and stove. Bed linen and towels are provided. Guests can use the underground parking for an additional fee.

Between meadows and the sea

The apartment has a separate entrance and is located on the 2nd floor. It has a fully equipped kitchen. The living room has a large couch which can also be used as a bed for 1 person. In the bedroom there is a comfortable double bed (160 x 200). The apartment has a large beautiful balcony overlooking the forest and meadow. Bicycles can be parked in the closed bicycle shed.

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. The sofa bed allows stays with three people. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. You can reach the cliffs of Bansin in a few minutes on foot. Also within walking distance are: shops, cafés, restaurants, as well as the promenade. Just leave the car and enjoy the surroundings stress-free.
