Die Wohnung bietet eine traumhafte Rundumsicht über die Dächer von Ahlbeck mit den zahlreichen historischen Villen aus der Kaiserzeit. Sie verfügt über einen gemütlichen Wohn- und Essbereich und ist sehr individuell und liebevoll eingerichtet. Es gibt 2 separate Schlafzimmer und einen offenen Schlafbereich mit einem weiteren Schlafplatz. Bad und Küche wurden in 2025 renoviert.

Nach dem Aufwachen zum 100 m entfernten Strand für ein erfrischendes Bad im Meer, danach auf dem sonnigen Ostbalkon frühstücken und mit einem Kaffee in den Tag starten! Unser Traum ist mit dieser wunderschönen 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im Seebad Ahlbeck wahr geworden. Wake up, quickly run the 100 m to the beach for a refreshing swim before having breakfast on the sunny balcony and start the day with a coffee! That was our dream which came true with this beautiful 3-room flat in the seaside town Ahlbeck.

Die zahlreichen Einkaufs-möglichkeiten, Boutiquen, Restaurants und Touristeninformationen erreichen Sie bequem zu Fuß.Die Fewo ist 45m² gross und verfügt über ein Schlafzimmer,Wohnküche mit Essbereich und Schlafcouch,Duschbad und einer Terrasse mit Loungemöbeln und viel Sonne.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

As an long-established Heringsdorfer family – our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – we have a tradition of hosting and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

The property has 2 roof terraces (smaller terrace overlooking the sea) as well as an open living-dining area with a large gas fireplace and designer kitchen. At a distance of 400 m you will find the beach promenade and the beach as well as smaller shopping and restaurants .

Starting from August 1st, 2023, our luxurious thatched roof house on the island of Usedom invites you to stay. It can accommodate a total of 8 people and is perfect for a vacation with family and friends. Enjoy summer days on the large terrace in the garden and go on an adventure to explore the island. The beautiful fireplace and sauna provide a cozy winter retreat. For workaholics, we have set up a fully equipped office.
