New: with heated bathtub (hot pot/pool) in the outdoor area. Note: In winter, it can only be reached on foot from Siat (about 1 ½ hours).

Our cozy apartment is available to you with all amenities and offers you a second home in Laax - Murschetg in the immediate vicinity of the valley station of the mountain railways. In just a 5-minute walk you can reach the “center” of Murschetg (The Rocks) with mountain railways, restaurants & cafes, shops and a supermarket. In winter, you can reach the valley station of the mountain railways or the snow wonderland (children's lift) on skis via a narrow path in just 2 minutes.

The indoor pool is closed due to renovation from March to December 26. Our beautiful 2-room apartment in Laax is centrally located and leaves nothing to be desired. It has a modern kitchen incl. dishwasher and balcony. Lake Laax can be reached within a 5-minute walk. 1 bedroom with double bed and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room are available. Thus, the apartment is suitable for 4 people. During your stay, you can use the indoor pool, which is located in the house.

Very nice large two bedroom apartment. Lovely location for skiing in winter or swimming in the lake in summer. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the ski lift. The apartment has beautiful views of the lake, harbor and mountains. All in all, a unique place in the park and in Switzerland! Linen and towels are included! Cot and chair are provided. I rent out my own apartment myself and am not affiliated with anything.
