Our accommodation is within walking distance of the beach and the Schmachter See lake. Central - but still quiet location. My accommodation is good for couples and families (with children). The Baltic resort of Binz is probably the most beautiful seaside resort on the island of Rügen. Washing machine and dishwasher. WiFi free of charge. Car parking space free of charge. Terrace. Bedroom with double bed. Couch with sleeping function for two. Microwave, ceramic hob, safe, LED TV, hi-fi system.

You can bring your own towels and linen or rent for €5 per person. The one-time final cleaning includes a parking space for a car. In front of the apartment is a terrace only for your use. The apartment is not heatable and therefore only for rent from June to September.

Enjoy the Lohme apartment in wonderful Binz. The apartment is located in a beautiful historic villa, just 50 meters from the beach. The apartment has everything you need for your vacation. In particular, the really large balcony stands out, where you can comfortably enjoy the sea air. In addition, there is a sofa bed in the living room, which includes a real mattress and therefore equals a bed. Binz is waiting for you :)

Our stay at this Airbnb was just perfect! The apartment is just like in the photos – or even better! For us, the sauna was definitely the special extra we were looking for. The bed is very comfortable, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, and the living room is ideal: bright and cozy, with a terrace with sea view. There are restaurants and cafes in the area, the area is very quiet and the people are incredibly friendly. Communication with Jörg was excellent – he always responded very quickly and was very attentive. Only a minute's walk away is a bus stop (line 21), which you can use to get around easily without a car. We can absolutely recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit Rügen!

I was allowed to spend my stay in a very nice, simply furnished accommodation near Lake Schmachter! I particularly like that in addition to the overnight price and tourist tax, there are no extra costs such as Airbnb fee and cleaning fee! You can bring your own bed linen and save a surcharge per day! The infrastructure in the area is simply perfect!Bus and train, bike and hiking trails, as well as restaurants and shopping are nearby! The accommodation is in a quiet location away from the hustle and bustle of Binz! I found this very pleasant! Price/performance was also fair!

I really enjoyed my stay at Heidi's place! Beautiful neighborhood and lovely home. A great starting point on the east coast of Rugia by bike. It's a good idea to take advantage of the breakfast option, which is plentiful, delicious, and good value! If I'm still in Rugia, I'll be sure to visit this place 🙂

The location is great! The apartment is just on the seafront, but in the backyard. Therefore it is nice and quiet but totally central. Everything was totally clean and just like the photos portray it. I definitely recommend you!
