The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator. The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close.

The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years.
