In the basement of our two-family house you have a comfortable, very modern furnished and with 62 sqm, spacious non-smoking apartment, which can accommodate 4 people. You have acess to the courtyard, with garden furniture and barbecue.

Hello dear guests, The apartment is on the ground floor and connected via an internal staircase to the 1st floor in the beautiful Rhönblick district of Bettenhausen. You have privacy with two fully equipped apartments with towels and sanitary supplies. There is also a large garden and parking in front of the house. My family and I live on the sunny outskirts of Waldau, directly in the beautiful Ansbachtal at the foot of the Thuringian Forest. A separate entrance leads you to your area of the house. The bright and newly renovated rooms invite you to relax. The forest is almost at your doorstep. It is only a few minutes by bike to the Ratscher mountain lake. The Goethe city of Ilmenau, the state capital of Erfurt or the Vestestadt of Coburg in neighboring Bavaria are easily accessible by highway.

Just like the train station and sights such as the castle, the Natural History Museum is all within minutes walking. It has a separate entrance only for our guests. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of an apartment building directly in Erfurt's old town in a central yet quiet location. It is also easily accessible by the existing elevator. The furnishings include a large light-flooded room with a cozy living area and a kitchen with a seating area. The bedroom is a separate room. It is just a few minutes' walk to Anger or Domplatz. A tram stop is also very close.

The small apartment is located in Gräfenhain, a quiet district of Ohrdruf. It has been completely renovated in recent years. On 35 square meters there is a combined living and sleeping area, a separate kitchen with mini kitchen + fridge, as well as a bathroom with shower. Situated directly on the edge of the forest, it offers the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling - surrounded by greenery.
