Our apartment is located in an apartment building in the most forested and water-rich district of Berlin (Köpenick). We offer you an apartment in Berlin-Friedrichshagen directly on the Müggelspree river about 500 m before Lake Müggelsee. The apartment can accommodate 2 people with a child. Pets are allowed. The apartment consists of a large room with 6 windows that allow a beautiful view. The kitchenette with dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave invites you to cook. We also offer a sitting area with TV, a separate work area with desk as well as Internet access. The bedroom with double bed (bed linen & towels are provided) is located under the roof. The apartment contains a modern shower room. After a 5-minute walk, you are already in the historic Bölschestraße, which invites you to take a leisurely stroll with over 100 shops, a cinema (in summer also an open-air cinema) and restaurants. A quick supply of food is ensured with supermarkets within walking distance. By bike, you can explore the surrounding area or start a small or large excursion through the Spree Tunnel. At Lake Müggelsee, you have the opportunity to explore and enjoy the surroundings from the water with various motor ships. By tram you can reach the old town of Köpenick in about 15 minutes, where you can visit the famous Köpenick town hall with Ratskeller and the completely renovated castle with current art exhibitions. From the Friedrichshagen S-Bahn station (15 minutes walk or tram), you can immerse yourself in the big city bustle of Berlin after just 30 minutes.

The room is small, cosy and bright, with own entrance and private bathroom. It is located in FREDERSDORF, close to Berlin.It has no kitchen,but a coffee machine, boiler and fridge. It has a bed and couch with sleeping function.The room has an underfloor heating. Self Check-In after 5 pm (with code). A parking spot is availbe.The house is close to train station S Fredersdorf (1,5 km - 5 min. by bus, details below).The train S5 goes directly to Berlin City center (30-40 min). Free Netflix account

Flat just outside of Berlin

Generous and light flat with own patio just outside of Berlin: 3km to Müggelsee, 21km to Alexanderplatz, 6km to Berliner Ring (dual carriageway into the city). If you’re arriving late we can provide breakfast for your first morning (12€), please just let us know beforehand. Public transport is a 5 minutes walk, and by tram and train it takes ca. 45 minutes to get to the centre of Berlin. If you prefer discovering the city and surrounding areas by bike, we also have two rental bikes available.

Die Wohnung liegt nur 30 Minuten vom Berliner Alexanderplatz entfernt. Mit der 300m entfernten Tram 88 und weiter mit der S-Bahn 3 sehr gut zu erreichen. Nach Grünheide sind es nur ca. 6 Km. Die Unterkunft liegt direkt am Wald, ist absolut ruhig und hat einen separaten Eingang. Auf Wunsch kann Frühstück mit gebucht werden, wie auch Abholservice von Flughafen BER oder Bahnhöfen. In nur 5 Gehminuten ist ein Supermarkt erreichbar. Sport,-Reit- und Wanderwege liegen direkt an.

You are in the city in 25 minutes without changing trains. The S-Bahn runs 24/7.

Cozy cottage in the countryside

Enjoy the quiet atmosphere in the cozy cottage with a large garden, whether outside in good weather or by the fireplace in the evening. Sleeping arrangements extend over a double bed, a single bed and a folding sofa for two. The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary equipment and utensils. You can choose between shower or bathtub and use the washing machine dryer combination. In 8 minutes by car, Strandbad Müggelsee is already under your feet.
