Badezimmer mit Dusche/WC. Der zum Studio gehörende Parkplatz befindet sich direkt vor dem separaten Eingang. Kleiner separater Sitzplatz im Garten.

Die Fassade des Hauses wurde nach der traditionellen japanischen Yakisugi-Methode erbaut. Im Innenbereich schaffen die Holzwände/-decken ein angenehmes Raumklima. Die 70m² Wohnfläche sind offen gestaltet und über zwei Stockwerke verteilt. Im oberen Stockwerk befindet sich das Schlafzimmer mit Panoramafenster und grosszügiger Terrasse/Balkon (20m²) mit Sicht auf den See.
