A cottage with a special location surrounded by water on 3 sides in the middle of Svendborgsund. The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

House Mianka Schönhagen

Das Haus Mianka liegt 10 Autominuten von der Hafenstadt Kappeln entfernt und zwischen den Ostseeresorten Olpenitz und Damp (jew. 15 Autominuten) im Ostseebad Schönhagen. Die Strandpromenade mit Badestrand (DLRG) ist in 6 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Richtung Damp kann man die naturbelassene Steilküste bewundern, es ist also für jeden etwas dabei. Ein Spielplatz, Einkaufsmöglichkeit, Bäcker und Gastronomie sind im Ort ebenfalls in 6 Gehmintunten zu erreichen, wie auch der Schlosspark Schönhagen.

Our cozy apartment in Gunneby on the Schlei is ideally suited for a maximum of 4 people. Families with children have enough space with us. A staircase takes you to our spacious apartment on the 2nd floor, which is modernly furnished and extensively equipped. The proximity to the water invites you to a beautiful Schlei or Baltic Sea vacation. You can spend the evenings wonderfully on one of the two balconies. For the colder season, you will find a fireplace with us. It's Gunneby nice :)

Willkommen in Kyst18, unserer kleinen Ferienwohnung im schönen Schönhagen. Die Wohnung verbindet gemütliche Einrichtung mit einem Hauch Küstenflair – ideal für Paare, oder alle, die eine ruhige Auszeit suchen. Nur wenige Schritte vom Strand entfernt bietet Kyst18 eine klare, moderne Einrichtung, und ein wohliges Ambiente. Rauchen und Haustiere sind in der gesamten Unterkunft nicht erlaubt. Bitte respektiert dies, da wir häufig mit unseren 2 Kindern selbst in der Wohnung Urlaub machen

Our restaurant "Hof Bissee" with regional cuisine and breakfast (5 min walk).

Dreamlike idyllic location, between forest, meadows and sandy beach 250 m away, the apartment completed at the beginning of 2025 with special architecture and minimalist design. If you want to listen to the sound of the sea (with an east wind), the call of a red kite (with a west wind), marvel at sunrises over the Baltic Sea (from the bedroom) and explore the beautiful landscape between Schlei and Geltinger Bay with a view of Denmark, this is the place to be.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
