The house has been modernized with a new kitchen and bathroom as well as post-insulation so that it can be used all year round. The bedroom is bedroom with a new "Emma" bed and in the living room there is a sofa bed in good quality with room for adults. There is an outdoor shower and a staircase in the water for the morning dip. The 36 m2 house is south-facing, so you can experience both sunrises and sunsets from the house.

House Mianka is located in 10 minutes by car from the port city of Kappeln and between the Baltic Sea resorts of Olpenitz and Damp (respectively. 15 minutes by car) in the Baltic Sea resort of Schönhagen. The beach promenade with a swimming beach (DLRG) is within a 6-minute walk. Towards Damp you can admire the natural steep coast, so there is something for everyone. A playground, shopping, bakery and gastronomy can also be reached in the village in 6 minutes, as well as the Schlosspark Schönhagen.

Swimming Lounge - the swimming holiday home

Pets are not allowed in Swimming Lounge. The house is fully equipped and ideal for couples and families for 4-5 people. You can expect an integrated fitted kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. A large flat screen, WiFi access and a small sauna are also part of the equipment. There is a parking space that you can use. You can rent bed linen and towels from us for EUR 25 per set. Please book at least one week before arrival.
