The cottage is located in the “Bothkamper See” nature reserve. It offers an outdoor hot tub, shower with nature view, steam sauna, wood-burning stove, terrace, XXL couch and super king size bed, fully equipped kitchen, ice maker, Bluetooth music system, record player, Wi-Fi, 2 x BBQ area, bicycles, home office, 2 x spa, private cinema, giant swing, fireplace, swimming area, wood chopper and much more. Welcome to our newly constructed house by the sea – literally, just a few steps away from the clear waters of Svendborg Sound. This idyllic and spacious property (94 sq. meters on two floors) has unobstructed views of the south Funen archipelago – in fact, nature is your only and closest neighbor. Treat yourself to a few days away from it all! All beds will be made for your arrival. We supply crisp white linen and fresh towels (beach towels too) for all our guests.

Charming fisherman's cottage in Maasholm, apartment "Luv"

In the center of Maasholm village stands one of the oldest houses (built around 1728). It was restored for two years and now combines the charm of the historic fisherman's cottage with modern comforts. The result is two duplex apartments with plenty of privacy and a feel-good atmosphere. The first floor impresses with its characteristic, visible wooden ceiling (2 meters to 2.2 meters) and bright, friendly rooms. The upper floor was opened "airy" to the roof ridge.

Vacation home "Altes Torhaus" - Gut Kletkamp

The Gatehouse (Torhaus) in Kletkamp was built in 1775 and, along with the many other gatehouses in Schleswig-Holstein, is one of the most beautiful in the country. In addition to the generous living space of 200 m², the half of the house on the waterfront offers a wonderful view of the oldest manor house in the country. The nearest beach is only 11 km from the accommodation and offers bathing fun as well as cozy restaurants with Nordic dishes.

Liese. Directly at the Schlei!

Our "Liese" for 2-3 persons is Nordic clear, bright and open. From 2021 to 2022, the basement of the house was comprehensively core renovated and provided with a tidy interior. The approx. 60sqm apartment includes a large integrated living and kitchen area, a spacious bedroom and a modern bathroom with rain shower. The rear exit of the house leads into the garden - it extends directly to the Schlei and has its own jetty with bathing facilities.

Stylish beach house - 200 m from the sea - hot tub - sauna - fireplace

Relax in a modernly furnished wooden house directly on the Baltic Sea. After the walk on the beach, jump under the garden shower in the wind-protected garden and then relax in the warm bathtub, listen to the seagulls, maybe go to the sauna again before you retreat to the lounge on the veranda or to the protected loggia to relax. The barn is directly surrounded by fields and meadows, has a large loft-like living, sleeping and dining area with a large terrace facing the garden and the natural swimming pond. A 2-person bedroom, adjacent to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen, allows a total of 4 people to stay. Starting from the hallway, the spacious sauna area including shower room and toilet opens up. A window door allows direct exit to the outside area from there.
