A large shopping mall and supermarkets are open 7 days.

Everything is ready for a good vacation upon your arrival. You only need to bring your personal luggage for a pleasant stay. Enjoy the seats in your garden or explore the area with the village, forest and meadows within walking distance. And of course, there is the beautiful nature and many attractions and activities in the area.

Toe aan ultieme ontspanning in een stad waar altijd wat te doen is? In Amsterdam Noord, in de circulaire wijk Buiksloterham, de nieuwe “place to be” van Amsterdam vind je de studio, een oase van rust voor de bezoekers van bruisend Amsterdam. De lichte studio heeft een eigen ingang en is gelegen aan een kleine “Japanse” binnentuin. Als je de schuifdeur openzet zit je in de tuin. In de sfeervolle rustige kamer staat een queensize bed. Ook de badkamer en suite is gelegen aan de binnentuin.

House of 100 years old is located under the mill and is cozy and comfortable. A five-minute walk and you are in the center of Alkmaar. Rent a boat and see Alkmaar from the water. In the street behind the cottage is a nice, large playground, the "OKB". The bus stops in front of the door. Paid parking in the area and opposite the house. Free parking within walking distance. Center: a 5-minute walk Beach: 30 minutes by bike/15 minutes by car Two bicycles for use at the cottage.

The Old Factory “Energy Neutral Tinyhouse”

Ons gezellige gastenverblijf is in 2019 verbouwd van oude aluminium fabriek naar energie neutrale tinyhouse van 40m2. Het staat vrij in de achtertuin van ons verbouwde huis in Limmen. Het ligt dichtbij de duinen, het strand en bossen. De grotere steden Alkmaar, Haarlem en Amsterdam bevinden zich op rijafstand. Met het openbaar vervoer is het ook goed te doen, maar een eigen auto maakt het vele malen makkelijker. Met een fiets kun je het beste genieten van de omgeving.

Enjoy "Sea time in the 2nd home"

Our cottage "2nd Heimat" is the largest in the park "de Watersnip". It is located in the coastal town of Petten near the beach & is nestled in the typical Dutch countryside. A small shell path leads to our special retreat, which offers some amenities. The park in which our house is located also has many leisure activities (pool, etc.) that are available for our guests. If you have any questions about this, you can inquire at the reception.

The living space has comfortable seating, perfect for relaxing after a day of adventures in the area.

The Practice

A wonderfully luxurious accommodation with all the comforts, in the beautiful rural village of Broek in Waterland. 20 minutes away from Amsterdam Center. It is a 5-minute walk to the bus that runs directly to Amsterdam Central Station. It is entirely private with all-round terrace and a nice garden with three places to sit. Fenced around and lockable with a nice gate. The house is not suitable for little children.

This beautiful accommodation is ideal for families with up to 4 adults and/or children. It offers a warm playful atmosphere with a lovely pellet stove in the living room and a lovely kitchen that is fully equipped. The space has 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds that can also be pushed together. The private garden is a highlight, with 2 comfortable loungers and a lounge sofa.
