Through the large upstairs windows you can look at the neighboring golf course - or enjoy the untouched nature. It is the ideal starting point for hiking and cycling tours. 4 km from the center of Bad Bentheim and 4 km from the Dutch border, you can start directly on the sandstone route from here. The 62 sqm apartment was renovated in 2025 and is fully equipped with floor heating. In the house there is another apartment that is for larger groups.

In one of the oldest pilgrimage sites in the Münsterland in Eggerode, our beautiful apartment is located on the first floor.  Our approximately 75 square meter apartment: Lovingly furnished, cozy living room with TV, sofa bed, the large two bedrooms, both with TV and the cozy, fully equipped kitchen, it can accommodate 1 to 4 people with toddler up to 5 people. A large spacious bathroom, with shower or bathtub completes the apartment.
