This 61 m² garden apartment offers space to arrive and breathe. It sits quietly and close to nature in Wandlitz, about a 5-minute walk from Lake Wandlitz, with a separate entrance and its own terrace. Swimming spot just around the corner: only 300 m away is a free bathing spot on Lake Wandlitz — steps lead into the lake right in the woods, and dogs are allowed in the water too. The apartment is intentionally designed for a maximum of two adults – not a family setup, but a place for retreat, focused work, or relaxed days out in nature. We place particular value on sustainability: the apartment runs on climate-friendly heating, modern boiler/heat-pump technology, and a solar system – for a good feeling throughout your stay.

Vacation home HafenOase with sauna Zerpenschleuse

Where the Oder-Havel Canal and the Old Finow Canal intersect, the entrance to the Schorfheide, there lies the picturesquely designed harbor village of Zerpenschleuse. Our house can be used all year round. It is equipped with gas heating and a wood-burning stove. The house is fully equipped. You only need your personal belongings. The terrace overlooking the harbor is generously covered, so it can also be used well on rainy days. Shopping locally in the Netto market with bakery and the vacation begins.

Absolute peace and quiet at home with breathtaking views over the city (Fernsehturm, Rotes Rathaus, large inner courtyard roof terrace with loungers) and luxury interiors. A weekend of relaxation or work in the countryside - you will find both here. Bungalow with covered terrace, meadow and private access in a quiet settlement directly on the edge of the forest, 5 minutes' walk to the swimming lake (Stiche)/forest pool, directly behind our house. Supermarket is 5 minutes by car / 10 minutes by bike. Wine bar, beer gardens, restaurants, canoe rental, etc. are available in the area. The train station is a 5-minute walk (RE 12: Berlin Ostkreuz - Zehdenick Neuhof).
