Consisting of living-cooking and dining area, sofa bed in the living room for 1 person, 2 TVs, BOSE stereo system, 3 bedrooms with double beds, 1 large bathroom with bathtub, shower, double sink as well as exit to the balcony and view of the mountains. One bathroom with shower, 2 separate toilets, large south-facing balcony and Wi-Fi. Underground parking with e-mobility and elevator to the apartment.

Holiday flats on the Arlberg. On a south-facing slope, close to the centre of Warth (6 min. walk). Inns, alpine dairy & supermarket are within easy reach. Also the station of the ski lift "Dorfbahn". A ski depot is available to our guests there in winter. In summer, the famous Lechweg trail leads right past us. The ideal place to explore various stages from here. Use of the SteffisalpExpress mountain railway incl. in summer (mid-June to mid-Oct)!. Dogs are charged separately at € 20.00 p. n.

The shower floor, a mosaic of river stones. For the sake of the environment, I have an organic separation toilet. UlMi's floor is made of real, ancient oak. The walls are partly plastered with clay. Our tiny house is insulated with sheep's wool and clad in local larch wood.
