Built in 1904, the remise was not used for almost four decades and we decided to renovate it from scratch in 2020. The '12er Residence' is the former family apartment of the '12er Huus', which was renovated in 2022-24. The apartment offers a spacious living room with fireplace, a kitchen with beverage cooler and bar counter, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. There is also a sports depot (skis, bikes) and a charging station for the e-mobile. Enjoy the great view and the fresh mountain air to the fullest on the terrace or relax in the garden sauna in the evening.

Die Alte Sennerei Lechleiten ist ein liebevoll renoviertes Ferienhaus für idealerweise 6 aber maximal 10 Personen. Das teilweise über 400 Jahre alte Haus, welches ursprünglich zur Herstellung von Milchprodukten diente, wurde umfangreich saniert, wobei das Resultat eine Wohlfühloase aus modernem Komfort und uriger Gemütlichkeit ist. Gerne wollen wir unser Haus an rücksichtsvolle Gäste vermieten, die dieses Kleinod wertschätzen.

Alpenu Hütte, well guad duad

Servus im Alpenu, unserem kleinen Hideaway auf 1.044 Metern Seehöhe in den Allgäuer Alpen. Wir haben mit viel Liebe aus einer ehemaligen Alphütte ein kleines Refugium für - bis zu vier Erwachsene und - bis zu vier Kinder geschaffen. Viel Holz, Glas, Stein und Herzblut wurden hier bis ins kleinste Detail verarbeitet und man kann hier völlig ungestört durchatmen und den Alltag hinter sich lassen.
