Holiday rentals with a patio in Schulzendorf

We had a very comfortable stay in the apartment for 3 nights for 3 adults. The neighbourhood has lots of cafes, small shops and bakeries which is great for breakfast. There is also a bus stop M41 which is close to apartment and very frequent which we found convenient. Jan and Julia were very responsive and helpful hosts.

Clean accommodation, beautiful and well-connected surroundings, super friendly host - perfect! We were as a couple with four (!) small (!) children in the apartment for almost two weeks and they really did well. You get along well with the equipment (my goodness, the washing machine really saved me!), we were able to make many great excursions and Steffen stood by with advice (business opportunities) and action (we needed a vacuum cleaner and got it immediately). Thank you, Steffen, for the wonderful time in Erkner near Berlin!

As described! Responsive owner, plenty activity possibilities like fitness, pottery, strolls along the lake. A travel cot was provided making it a comfortable get away with our baby.

Gabriele's apartment is perfect for a trip to Berlin or to discover the beautiful nature of the area. The apartment is cozy, bright and very clean. I felt very comfortable from the first moment. Gabriele is a helpful and friendly hostess. I will be happy to come back on occasion.

Great, small apartment. In terms of size ideal for three people. Very clean and above all very quiet (I didn't think of it before) although it was right in the middle of it. 😉 The decor of the apartment was great. Everything new and modern and above all very clean. The bathroom is great and the beds were amazingly good. The host John is also super nice, always reachable and helpful. Parking is available in front of the apartment on the street (even relatively much for Berlin) and with a little luck and patience you can always find something. I highly recommend John and his small but nice apartment and would want to stay there again at any time when I am in Berlin with my family.

Very nice apartment, you feel comfortable. For check-in you need an app, but everything is well described in the instructions. Parking right next to the apartment. From City about 30 minutes away. Very calm and relaxed. Fast and uncomplicated communication. Spacious shower cabin. Were passing through, everything went well.

We spent a week here as a group of 6 friends and had a fabulous time. The house was generous in size, well laid out and beautifully decorated and furnished. We made full use of the fantastic kitchen which had everything even a demanding cook might desire, and shared great meals in the gorgeous dining room (which can comfortably seat 10 or 12). Having two supermarkets (Aldi and another one) within 5 minutes walk was a real plus.) The three bathrooms were great and the beds very comfortable. (The 'toddler bed' is in fact a full size single bed.) Re location: it mostly took us close to an hour to travel by public transport to destinations in the centre, something to be mindful of. We'd warmly recommend this place for larger groups.

Surely one of the best airbnb experience I have ever had! Nice place to stay to feel yourself peaceful in nature. Cozy guest house. Ozgur is very friendly and helpful, really enjoyed my weekend there! Highly recommended :)

We booked the house with a fairy group of six people for a week. The location with its own lake access is an absolute highlight. The house is large and spacious and especially if you travel for more than a few days as a group, you can also retreat well. The amenities leave nothing to be desired. One thing we found unfortunate was that in the large living area only three cozy armchairs came to six people, so half of us always had to sit on the dining room chairs. But this is a small downside if it deserves the name at all - we felt very comfortable and have rarely been in such a great cottage!

The property owner is very warm and pleasant, was available for any questions and very serviceable!

We were there with two children and felt welcome from the start. The house is not huge but super divided. Nothing was missing and it offers all the comfort you need. The property offers shade or sun - depending on what you like. The area is very beautiful and there is a lot to do. We will be happy to come back and absolutely recommend this place!

They were beautiful, relaxing days surrounded by nature. Thanks to Frank's good descriptions, it was an all-round successful and relaxing stay on the property! Paddle and cycling tours in the area are highly recommended.

We had a great stay! The house is older, but equipped with many new and high-quality appliances. The layout over 2/3 floors is great and ideal for several people. Overall very cozy and everything worked smoothly. Thank you, Kadrija!

We had a wonderful time during our stay at Mirco’s lovely Airbnb. He was so friendly and accommodating and made sure we knew how everything worked upon arrival. He even provided shopping bags for the local Aldi! The flat was spotless and nicely decorated. We couldn’t have asked for more!

I spent one night in the spacious apartment and had a great stay. The roof terrace is a nice addition to the cosy and clean room that even has a little kitchen area. The bathroom was nice as well and the apartment would be easily suitable for two people staying for a longer time. Only downside would be carrying luggage up all the way to the top, however the views and peaceful inner yard make up for it.

The apartment is spacious and very comfortable. We really felt at home. We loved the location and found it easy to take the U Bahn or S Bahn everywhere. A great neighbourhood and quiet street. Definitely recommend.

My wife and I recently embarked on a two-week adventure around Europe, starting with the beautiful city of Berlin. We were truly captivated by the charm and vibrancy of the city, and we found that many attractions were easily walkable, making our exploration even more enjoyable. A special shoutout to Simon, who was incredibly helpful and responsive throughout our stay. His recommendations for places to visit were spot on, and we genuinely enjoyed every moment of our time in Berlin. We can't wait to return and experience more of what this amazing city has to offer. Every single detail was just perfect and the view from balcony will forever be in my mind

This is a wonderful place to stay as a base for exploring all of the exciting things Berlin has to offer. The apartment was perfect for us, clean and with everything we needed. We loved the artwork on the walls and the balcony was perfect for our morning coffee. We also loved the extra little touches such as the extensive library and umbrellas on hand if it was raining. All in all we can recommend and hope to return in the future.

it was a really very relaxed & beautiful trip. the rooms are super cute, we were received in a very friendly manner and really everything was there. from the heart I can recommend the accommodation. :-)

As someone who has stayed at dozens of Airbnb’s, I can say that this was definitely in the top 1%. My husband and I stayed here for a month in May, and it was wonderful to “come home” every day to such a comfortable, pleasant and expansive space. In addition to the elegant and creative design, we loved the light and views over the rooftops. I slept like a baby on the super comfy bed, lounged on the comfy sofa, and worked comfortably at the large dining room table. Two large bathrooms were a luxury. A huge walk-in closet. Delightful rooftop patio. Well-equipped kitchen. The apartment is on a quiet and bright street, close to multiple forms of transportation, cafes, restaurants, and shopping (giant supermarket across the street). Easy to get anywhere. Our host, Eric, was extremely helpful, a font of information, and a delightful and charming human being. He was very responsive both before and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again, not to speak of moving in forever!
