The 1-Bedroom Executive provides a beautifully decorated living space for a family or travelling companions. Each spacious and well-designed apartment has contemporary, stylish furnishings and fittings. Enjoy the convenience of having separate living and dining areas and the kitchen is equipped with modern appliances for the utmost convenience. To accommodate up to four guests, there is a double sofa bed in the living area and a queen-size bed or twin beds in the bedroom.

Standard Plus Maximilian

Measuring 50-60 m², the standard Maximilian apartments are our smallest category with a fully equipped kitchen, a cozy sofa with a sleeping function and an additional lounge chair for relaxing. A cozy bedroom with box-spring bed and a spacious bathroom with walk-in rain shower complete the feel-good factor. The apartments are available in different designs and orientations (south, west or north) and are also available for single use on request.

Triple room, Kaufbeuren

We offer a cozy triple room in Kaufbeuren, ideal for couples, friends, or small families. The rooms are located on the ground floor, 1st floor, or 2nd floor. Please note: We cannot guarantee a specific floor, as room allocation is subject to availability. Important note: As much as we love dogs, pets are unfortunately not allowed in this room. Due to several negative experiences in the past, we have introduced this rule.
