The Mensarden rooms on the top floor offer a magnificent view of the Inn Valley and the city of Hall in Tyrol. All rooms are equipped with shower/WC, Lan and wifi and cable TV. I run a small hotel and the rooms are exclusively bookable via airbnb. S'Gmiatli means the cozy one, newly renovated in 2015, a cozy little mountain hut, south facing , approx. 25 m² The studio is equipped with a living/sleeping room with kitchen (coffee machine, water kettle, dishwasher, microwave), shower and toilet in an extra room, small balcony, wooden bed and floor, HD - Flatscreen-TV, radio and hairdryer. Have a look out of the window and watch people skiing

For romantics, this suite is exactly the place to be! The apartment is luxuriously furnished with elegant style furniture and fine fabrics. For two people this apartment is ideal! There are 36 m² available for you. The suite is housed in a former Jagdschlössl in the Tiroler Zugspitzarena. From Schlössl you have an amazing view of the Zugspitz massif.

Comfort Double Room with Terrace and breakfast

Our great new room with a big terrace offers you a big queen size bed and a sleeping sofa for a third person. Breakfast is included and in summer you can use our pool and our hammocks on the backside of our house. Right outside your room you can find a little kitchen with a water boiler, microwave and fridge. Wifi and cable TV is included.

Private 6-bed room in hostel / Theresienwiese

The Augustin Youth and Family Hotel is open 24 hours. Not right in the city center, but by subway in two stops in the center. Arriving by car is also possible - parking is available in the underground garage for €12.00 per night. The adjacent Bavariapark with playground and the most necessary shops are all within walking distance.
