Enjoy a wonderful time in our historic villa from 1894. Our apartment leaves nothing to be desired, is newly renovated and stylishly furnished with TV, washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. Located in the middle of the village, you are a few minutes away from the S-Bahn to HH (30 min.) as well as in the village center, where in addition to shopping facilities there is also a hairdressing studio and baker, pharmacies and various doctors. The magnificent Sachsenwald is less than a 5-minute walk away.

There is also a new bathroom with shower. The apartment was recently newly completed. The approx. 45 m² are completely at your and your family/friends' disposal. Schanzen Loft-City, Messe, Reeperbahn Karoviertel [district]

A great former retail space near the Schanzenviertel. Bars and restaurants nearby. Bus and train almost right outside the door. Reeperbahn, Altona, Elbe, Messe and the city are within easy reach. The ground floor has been extensively restored by us and supplemented with a bathroom and toilet in the old staircase basement corridor. We often use the loft space as a photo studio and occasionally rent it to nice people. It is suitable for families but also for business travelers.

An absolute haven of peace to relax to start an activity or to work in peace. Surrounded by nature with the Sachsenwald, Bergedorf Castle, Bille hiking trails and waterways, many restaurants, cafes and shops. Quick connection to the city center in 20 minutes, whether by train S21 or car, the regional train 2x hour in 12 minutes.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Although you are only 35 minutes away from Hamburg city center, you have the forest, meadows and horses right outside the door. The small apartment in the "Bullerbü" style is newly decorated and has its own entrance and the possibility to sit outside. Parking is available right outside the door. Other things to take into account: We live in the house next door and are therefore quickly on site if anything is unclear.

Starting from here is just a stone's throw to the "Heidepark Soltau" (amusement park), Snow dome Bispingen (ski park), Wildpark Lüneburger Heide and Serengeti Park (wildlife parks), etc… Take your bike or grab your horse and conquer the area! You are welcome to bring your domestic animals with you!
