Holiday rentals with a sauna in Schwaz District

Super friendly communication! Apartment was exactly as described, great spot for hiking, biking and rock climbing!

We stayed four nights for a short ski holiday in the property and can recommend it. The ski bus stops right outside the door, the ski room and sauna help to relax afterwards. There are a few bakers and restaurants in the corner, the train station and valley station are about 20 minutes by walk. We were traveling without a car and everything was easily doable. Communication is via a chatbot, but a more complicated request was called after a short time, so far everything is good!

We both really enjoyed our stay! The people were very kind and warm, always ready to help!

The apartment was great and everything as described and on the pictures. There were 9 and it worked out very well. Michael was absolutely courteous and helpful.

We had a very nice stay at the place. Everything was clean and modernly furnished. Nothing was missing in the whole apartment. The ski resort is very close (about 5 minutes by car), which we really liked. Shopping, ski rental, etc. are also nearby. Communication with the owner was very easy and he was always available. Thanks for the wonderful vacation. We will be happy to come back! 😊

Just great! The place on Lake Achen was beautiful and just what I was looking for. I was there with my two dogs and all three of us were totally comfortable from the first moment. The fenced garden was a big plus – perfect for the dogs to romp and relax. Everything was clean, cozy and lovingly furnished. Host Martin was very nice, helpful and always available. The location is fantastic for walks and nature enjoyment. I'd love to come back – highly recommended!

- Really very nice place to stay - Good equipment in the kitchen - Warm welcome -faster check-in -Very nice wellness area -Large room for skis and shoes - Ample parking right by the property - Very clean 2 things that bothered me a little was once that you can't regulate the heating yourself, but on request, it was immediately complied with and adjusted accordingly. The other was that you have no way to put your clothes apart from a large closet where you have a compartment and otherwise only a clothes rail. Except for this little thing a great stay and we would definitely go there again.

We were happy with everything. There were four of us staying for 5 days. In the beginning, we honestly found the sinks and showers in the bedrooms take some getting used to, but after a short time turned out to be sinful and useful. The kitchen had everything you need, also a nice balcony and everything was also clean. The location of the accommodation is also great, we drove 3 days to 3 different ski resorts. Martina was always helpful and accommodating. We recommend the place

The apartment is equipped with everything you need. Everything was clean and tidy. In the morning, have a delicious coffee on the patio while you hear the bees buzz and cow bells ring. It was so quiet and slowing down. You have to be aware that you have to drive relatively much to be able to do different activities, but that is out of proportion to the tranquility you get with the apartment. On a starry night, we could even see the Milky Way. Thanks Else

Absolutely fantastic place to stay! The house was very beautiful and tastefully decorated. The host was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is just perfect – quiet and surrounded by beautiful nature. A special highlight for us was the quiet mowing of the cows in the pasture next door, which has created an incredibly relaxing atmosphere. We highly recommend this place! Thanks!

Local ski slope in sight

We visited in summer and were 10 adults, 1 baby and 2 dogs. The accommodation is perfect for a large group and was very pretty and clean. Elisabeth was absolutely lovely and made us feel very welcome. Lots of great hikes and restaurants nearby. I can very much recommend this place and we will be back hopefully soon.

An absolutely perfect stay! The vacation home was lovingly and completely furnished down to the smallest detail – we lacked nothing. The hosts were exceptionally friendly, very communicative and always quickly accessible. You felt immediately welcome. We were particularly impressed by the wonderful location: the view was simply breathtaking - whether in the morning with coffee or in the evening at sunset, a real highlight. We will definitely be happy to come back!

The cabin is private and well situated in the forest a good way up the mountain. It is nice to walk from the house but still be not too far from a town with everything. I could live here.

Fantastic location in nature and beautiful house!! Perfect combination of the original, phenomenally preserved farmhouse and modern luxury (pool, sauna, heating). If you like it rustic, this is the place to be! Everything you need is there and the owners are super nice!:-) We'll be back for sure!!

also very helpful with many short-term changes and no problem to implement them. be it a spontaneous rebooking of the desired period, one more person and individual wishes for more "single" sleepers than normal. I can only highly recommend the hostess!

We were on site with my brother's bachelor party. The cabin is secluded and quiet. Accessible by car was also no problem. Everything made a very well-maintained and clean impression. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a secluded cabin. However, you have to keep in mind that the journey into the valley takes at least 15 minutes.

The place was just amazing! The house was very clean and well equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location was also perfect, central and easily accessible. The host was very friendly and helpful, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We would definitely come back again and can only recommend the place!
