Our farm is located in a quiet, sunny location in Hart at about 800 m above sea level. The apartment has four double bedrooms with shower, toilet and balcony. A large kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, electric stove with oven, coffee maker, kettle, satellite TV and radio. It is a completely closed floor. Linens, towels and dish towels are also provided. In-house products such as Kaminwurzen [smoked sausage], Cabanossie [smoked sausage], Bauerspeck [farmer's bacon], eggs, fresh milk and various schnapps are offered.

Our cozy apartment "Bergquell" in our house Appartement Spieljoch is the ideal starting point for an active holiday for skiing, biking or hiking in the Zillertal. A beautiful garden, the private balcony and the wellness room with sauna and feel-good relaxation room invite you to relax and unwind. Our house with a family atmosphere and magnificent free mountain views is located in the countryside and yet central, only 200 m from the Spieljochbahn and only 5-10 minutes walk from the village center.

The apartment is located on a small plateau at 1098 meters on the sunny side of the Zillertal. Great views of the Zillertal. The whole house was newly built in 2010. Quiet location, farm with goats, alpacas, playground, many hiking trails, cycling or just enjoying the beautiful view. In winter, sledding, tobogganing, going on tours, snowshoeing. We have over 50 bee colonies on our estates, as well as many beekeeping products with tasting.

Tyrolean chalet on the farm, built in 2009, 4 bedrooms for 8-10 guests, huge kitchen, stunning dining room made from pine wood, two spacious bathrooms. Just 12 km to Hintertuxer Glacier or 3 km to Penken via the lift in Finkenberg. Lonely location on the cow farm - fresh milk and eggs, but with WiFi and nearest shops and restaurants just 3 km from the house (by car).

The Spieljoch, Hochzillertal and Hochfügen ski resorts are close by. Tourist tax €1.50 person/day is to be paid locally.
