Die Hütte ist bergseits, die letzte in dieser Reihe und hat eine nicht-einsehbare Randlage und wird von ca. 1ooo m² Grund umgeben. Das Apartment liegt in einer sehr ruhigen und sonnigen Lage. Jedoch können sie das Zentrum (wie zum Beispiel Mayrhofen) in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß, mit der Bahn oder mit dem Auto erreichen. Die Unterkunft bietet auch eine versperrbare Garage für Ski und einen Skischuhtrockner.
