Nearby are museums, historical buildings, coffee houses, bars, and a multitude of shops. Walk to the city center in 20 minutes. Tram number 49 is in the same street. It brings you within 2 stations to Underground U2 and U3. Another station of the U3 ist just some minutes away - in the big shopping street mariahilferstrasse.

Our house consists of two apartments and is located south of Vienna. By car or bus/train, the transport connection to Vienna is provided. The apartment on the upper floor is available for our guests. Shared use: house entrance (but own apartment entrance door), garden, pool (in summer in good weather, not heated and not secured)

Perfekt in der Nähe zu Wien, zum Burgenland, zu Flughafen, CAE Trainingscenter, Petrochemie, Borealis oder OMV. Eine voll ausgestattete Küche, ein Bad mit Dusche sowie ein moderner Wohnbereich mit TV und 2 Schlafzimmer. In der Nähe gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt und nette Restaurants. Ein kurzer Weg mit Rad oder zu Fuß ermöglicht die rasche öffentliche Erreichbarkeit von Wien.

By train it is 10 minutes from the airport (2 stops) and the apartment is an 8-minute walk from the train station, so it is 18-20 minutes by public transport minutes to the apartment. By train it costs €3, by taxi €25-30. From this centrally located accommodation you are in no time at all the important places.
