Have a walk through the wine yard, a lot of bike paths are waiting for you, Heuriger (local wine taverns with tasty traditional food) or buy wine from local wine producers. Other attractions-Lake Neusiedl, Family Park (both 30 min. away by car).

Ich habe das Haus liebevoll komplett neu renoviert, damit es meinen Gästen sich wohlfühlen in dem Haus. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang und könnt dort alles benutzen was vorhanden ist. Falls etwas fehlen sollte, ich wohne im Nebenhaus und kann immer behilflich sein.

Beautiful small and friendly attic apartment in the 11 district Siemmering,which is everything you need for a stay in Vienna and feels like home is ready to feel.From the parking lot for your car ,right outside the door.The rooms are equipped with air conditioning converters,they have a Wi-Fi connection ,each room has its own bathroom.A kitchen is also there with everything you need including washing machine.A small pool is waiting for you in summer and a garden.

Cozy apartment/apartment, newly renovated. The apartment consists of a living/bedroom with a pellet stove, a kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub and toilet in a very quiet location. Garden can be used. Supermarket, pharmacy, tobacconist, restaurants and coffee houses etc. in the immediate vicinity. The bus station can be reached in 1 minute on foot and offers very good transport connections to Vienna, Mödling and Baden. The castle park is approx. 700 meters away.

In the garden there is a small house where you can cook or warm yourself food. Micro, hot plate and dishes are there. We also live on the property in our own house, so we are always available.
