Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

The three-storey beach house has more than earned its name, as it is really right on the beach/ sea. A unique location in the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz. In addition, there is a large roof terrace with water views. The whirlpool bathtub and sauna (with Baltic Sea/beach views) are great for unwinding. The house contains just what you need for a cozy and relaxing holiday. Everything is ready, beds made with freshly laundered fresh linens, clean towels. Various games and books are available on loan in the living room and under the sofa's chaise longue, which is lifted at the end of the “mattress”.
