Die 75qm große Dach-Terrasse kann mitbenutzt werden und läd zum relaxen im Strandkorb und zum Essen unter freiem Himmel ein. Der Garten, mit Sandkasten für Kinder, kann ebenfalls mitbenutzt werden.
