The quietly located, well-kept and bright apartment (28 square meters) in Trier-Ruwer-Höhenlage is located in the basement (1 floor down) of a 5-party house with views of the countryside. In the entrance area, there is a small kitchenette. From here you can go straight to the bathroom with shower/toilet. To the left - separated from the kitchen area - is the spacious living/sleeping room. With a cozy sitting area, smart TV and Wi-Fi, you can relax very well here close to nature.

The apartment is located in a detached house, which is surrounded by a large garden with numerous seats. There is also a balcony for all guests to use freely. There is a train station and a bus stop at the end of the street. The train is in 7 minutes at the main train station. The bus runs all over downtown, which is closed to cars. The city of Trier is a treasure trove for lovers of culture. Nature lovers will find the Moselle, forest and meadows a few minutes away from the house.
