It is a more than 200-year-old Heimatschutzhaus in its original condition with a lot of charm and Swiss history. Elevated above the valley, you have wonderful views of the mountain and valley, especially at sunrise and sunset. The place exudes calm and positive energy. Since there are no neighbors, you can enjoy privacy and absolute seclusion. Perfect for switching off and recharging.

We rent a cozy house with a large terrace in the rustic Muotathal. All infrastructure is available. Very family-friendly (no traffic) located in the agricultural zone, yet within five minutes of the village center with shopping and public transport. Ideal for families and sports enthusiasts, in winter ski tours, sledding with huskies and skiing in the nearby ski resort of Stoos. Cross-country and snowshoe trails right by the house. In summer, it is a hiking paradise.

Schlafen im Wohn-Fass Entspannen sie sich auf unserem Hof im gemütlichen Fass. Im wunderschönen, meistens nebelfreien Ybrig und der Umgebung, finden sie alles, um ihre Ferien zu geniessen z.B. Skifahren im nahen Skigebiet Hoch-Ybrig und Oberiberg, Langlauf im Nachbardorf Studen-Unteriberg, Schneeschuhlaufen. Bike- und Wandertouren, sowie schwimmen im Hallenbad Unteriberg oder das Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz das man von uns aus in 30 min. Autofahrt erreicht.

Moderne Technik (46" Flat Screen TV, 50Mbit WLAN, Radio) und Elektro-Öfen in allen Zimmern treffen auf das Jahrhunderte alte Holzwerk mit einem rustikalen, mit Holz heizbaren Kachelofen. Ein Ort, um dem Alltag zu entfliehen, durchzuatmen und das echte Bergleben zu erleben – mit viel Ruhe, Weitblick und einer ganz besonderen Atmosphäre. Das über 100-jährige Haus wurde liebevoll saniert und verbindet heute alpinen Charme mit modernem Komfort.
