Wonderfully quiet place, Sweet people, fruit from the garden may pick, a delicious breakfast if you want and for us that was very useful and nice because we arrived very late and had not yet done any shopping. We loved this place!

Beautiful accommodation. The sea views are breathtaking, the back terrace is well-suited for barbecuing. There's even a pizza oven, but we didn't use it. The pool is small but well suited for cooling off and massage. The house was super clean and Chiara is very nice and helpful. We had a fantastic time and would be happy to come back.

What a lovely house this is! With a beautiful garden all around and seating areas everywhere for sun or shade. The swimming pool and jacucci are perfect for cooling off or enjoying the evening. And you can walk straight to the beach or to the nearby pleasant town of Marzamemi. We immediately felt at home after we were welcomed by Rosanna. Fortunately, it was not a problem that we arrived very late. We had contact a few times during the week and minor problems were resolved immediately. All this ensured that we had a fantastic week in Sicily! ps : because we visited some nearby towns by car ( e.g. Noto, Syracusa, Modica, Marina Di Ragusa, Brucoli, Pozzallo) I had the opportunity to see a few other vacation rentals I found on Airbnb in advance. So happy I chose the perfect place!

We had such a lovely family holiday! Visit was perfect in size/location and amenities! We visited the beach at Sampieri most days for a coffee and Modica Marina was lovely. The town of Scicli is beautiful with many restaurants to try local cuisine. We had a chef come to the villa one evening which was AMAZING all organised by Oriana! We visited Noto and Modica! Both worth a visit! Kids loved the hot tub and even though we went in April we had a few days where we swam in the pool too. Villa was great for the kids as garden all flat and easy to navigate with little legs. All the bedrooms has en suites too which is ideal for groups. We used the bbq most evenings and even had an extra wood delivery which came straight away. Communication was great and always very helpful! Highly recommend this villa and the area!

Roberto and his son Erik were just great. We stayed in Villa Bismarkia which was clean and tidy. Everything you might need is available and the common areas were so well-maintained and nice. Recommend starting this home!

We had a wonderful time with baby and dog. The house is great, with a beautiful terrace, lots of seating and fruit trees in the garden. It's in nature and we were all to ourselves. At the same time, the location is a very good starting point for beautiful excursions. We were received in a very hospitable, helpful and courteous manner.

Salvatore was a fantastic host. Responsive and informative on check in. Place was in a beautiful location across the road from the water and a small beach. Stunning sunsets. Unfortunately we were there on a public holiday weekend so lots of noise from the restaurants below. Otherwise perfect.

The one-bedroom cabin is located in the property where Lucia leaves. But we felt very private and very welcomed. The cabin is located at the back of the property and we had a lot of privacy. However, if we needed anything, we could always message Lucia who was very kind and available. The cabin is very well equiped and comfortable. The kitchen was small but had everything we needed to prepare our breakfasts and small lunches. The room was also very comfortable. The cabin is perfectly located between Marina Di Ragusa and the city of Ragusa. With amazing restaurants nearby. I can't recommend it enough :)

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and modern villa, located on Salvatore’s property. Despite being on the same grounds, we had complete privacy with our own terrace and a lovely barbecue area. Salvatore was incredibly helpful and always available when we needed anything. He gave us great recommendations for restaurants, beaches, and places to explore, which really enhanced our trip. The terrace area is peaceful and green, with sunbeds available for relaxing in the sun or in the shadow. The nearest supermarkets are about a 20-minute drive away in Syracuse. All in all, a perfect stay!

Great place to stay if you are visiting Ragusa! The location is perfect, right next to Ragusa Ibla. Spacious, homely apartment. The host was also very kind and we were welcomed by a delicious home-made cake! Not something you regularly see in other AirBnBs. Recommend! Thank you!

Beautiful place and great location

Comfortable, spacious apartment in a very walkable location close to everything. The lovely roof deck was the best part for coffee in the morning and sunset (and swifts). Highly recommended.

E&P were very responsive and answered all our queries. The apartment is lovely and our stay was great. The entrance and stairs are very rundown and dirty sadly but it is not the hosts fault…

Angela & Giuseppe were amazing hosts. They made us feel right at home and offered so many great recommendations during our visit. They were present in their adjacent home throughout our stay, & they were there if we needed anything but also very respectful of our privacy at the same time. I have never interacted so much with an airbnb host before as they are really lovely people. The property was so beautiful and relaxing. It was a great place to start & end each day of our visit. I really hope to get back there again and cannot recommend their place enough. There were so many great historical sights, beaches & restaurants within a short, (10-30 mins) drive from their place.

We spent a wonderful week exploring the sights of Sicily (you definitely need a car) and having the oasis of Charlotte’s beautiful home to chill in the afternoon and evenings. The pictures do not do the garden justice and is a charming sun trap where we picked lemons and rosemary for our meals. Charlotte was on hand to answer any queries - the nearest supermarket (2 minute walk away), bakery (the sweetest place a 5 minute drive away), how to use the washing machine but never intruded - it is completely your own space. We visited Siracusa, Ortigia, Noto, Ampitheatre, Avola (beautiful beach, free parking, gorgeous ice cream shop on main road) and Ragusa (1.5 hour drive but spectacular views and so worth it!). We had a fabulous week, made all the better by Charlotte 🙂

This is a really lovely villa, it’s got the most incredible garden that makes you feel instantly peaceful as well as being able to pick veg, fresh herbs and fruit. We were very comfortable - the small kitchen had everything you needed and the beds were great. There are so many outdoor seating areas it's hard to choose where to sit - everything is beautifully appointed and well designed and high quality. We had a very happy 6 days at Villa Orto. Sebastiano was super easy to communicate with for arrival and departure and the owner also popped in one day and was very friendly. It's less than 10 minutes drive to Noto, a little further to Avola where there are bigger supermarkets. Easy access to the main roads around the south east and the beaches. Thanks very much!

Thanks Paola, we felt at home and loved the spaces in and around the house.the pool is a dream and the view from the terras is gorgeous. You took care of us and made us feel welcome and at ease.

Our stay was fantastic! The views, outdoor amenities, and interior design of the property exceeded our expectations. We’re already looking forward to returning—hopefully with a bit more sunshine next time!

It is a villa that rent one floor and let the other for a business school. The pool is also open to other house, so privacy is not total. However we spend amazing days there and the house and the pool is so clean, with high quality stuff and decoration and very confortable rooms, the views are awesone and it is so quiet, we just miss some food basics at the house as oil, salt etc, however we would come back with any doubt. Finally point out that the comunication with Denis the host was so fluid and he gave us lots of recommendations of the area.

Federico was super kind. Gave us plenty of recommendations for things to do in Noto as well as our next stay in Taormina. It was raining for most of our stay, but Federico was super accommodating and gave us a flexible checkout so we could enjoy a bit of the sun at the pool. Overall, pleasant experience and a very nice bnb!
