Holiday rentals with beach access in Scilla

Wonderful place Very quite location , yet near the station and the old city Excellent

My stay at this Airbnb was excellent. The place is comfortable, clean and well located. In addition, the owner is very kind and always available for any need. I would definitely recommend it and would be happy to go back.

Graziella and Filippo’s unit was impeccable. Fully equipped and above expectations. Filippo greeted us personally upon our arrival and oriented us to the condo, which was very nice. He was also readily available throughout our trip. The condo is upscale and modern and gave us plenty of room to ourselves. The view from The living room and bedrooms of the Castello di Milazzo was beautiful and I will never forget it. The balcony is very large as pictured and we enjoyed having our breakfast and dinner while taking in the view. He equipped the living room with a high quality projector and watching movies there was like an experience at a movie theatre. We also rented a mid-sized SUV (by American standards) and it was able to fit in the assigned parking space without issue. The condo is located in a prime location, nearby shopping, bakeries, restaurants, the pier, the beach and the port. I would absolutely recommend his unit and will personally try to return in the future.

The access to the accommodation was a bit surprising at the end of May as you have to drive through a small stream to get to the end of the road. The entrance to the free underground car park is also a bit bumpy and it is recommended to unload the car upstairs at the apartment beforehand if it does not have high tires. But once you arrive, the accommodation is really impeccable with a beautiful view of the sea. You can hear the sea rustling at night and can sleep with the windows open without hesitation. You can also get to the beach directly from the apartment via a small staircase. The accommodation was one of the cleanest I have experienced so far. The mocha pot for making coffee, which is unfortunately often neglected, was also really clean. All public transport as well as small bakeries and shops are within walking distance. Since you can use a free parking space, excursions by car are always easy. The place is really highly recommended.

We loved our stay here. It had the most incredible view that we didn’t want to leave. Super easy access to the beach and the cable car into the town centre. Recommend staying here over Taormina as it’s away from the tour groups and craziness so it is really peaceful but easy to get to town for dinner etc. The rooms and kitchen all looked over the ocean, were clean and well maintained. Pietro was an excellent host and made everything simple. Even had a beautiful antipasti platter for us on arrival. Would visit again!

Unfortunately, we only spent one night in Marcos' apartment and will definitely come back again. The apartment is very spacious and excellently equipped, so you can plan a longer stay here very well. In general, it is worth visiting Messina, the city surprised us a lot. From the living room and bedroom you have a sea view and can watch the ships. A bus stop in front of the door of the well-kept house makes the arrival and departure to the train station or port quite comfortable. We will definitely come back and thank you for the warm, personal welcome!

We had a wonderful stay. Daniele greeted us very nicely and advised us with recommendations and tips for the area. The apartment was very nice, clean and well equipped. The terrace and direct access to the sea are the highlights of the apartment. The apartment is quietly located and a 5-minute walk over the rocks takes you to a small quiet beach. Highly recommended!

A simple but beautiful villa with plenty of space, several terraces and a beautiful and unobstructed view of the sea. From there you can explore the area on foot or by car and you can discover something new every day. Be it the Castello, the Capo Milazzo or the old and new center of the city. The house is simply furnished, not up to date, but this also has its charm. Yes, there are no real showers or air conditioning, but this has been made up for by the view, the spacious garden and much more. I would like to highlight Alessandra and her family. Super friendly, helpful and respond very nicely and promptly to inquiries. Thank you for 2 great weeks in Sicily.

What a magical place! It was right in front of the best beach and 3 min walk from the ferry. It was quiet and peaceful. It is the opposite side of the city as all the hotels so less tourist and much quieter. A few doors down from a market with fresh mozzarella. Wonderful porch to watch the ocean and chill. We would love to stay here again on our next visit. Will highly recommend to friends visiting the island!

Barbara was an excellent host and we loved her home: we rented the entire home for our family (adult kids and partners, plus my husband and I) and it was perfect for everyone. The house has a fantastic view of Isola Bella, stairs to the beach are just few steps from the house, and there’s a parking lot just across the street (if you are driving be ready for very narrow streets ;) with cars, scooters and people all together). Barbara was super friendly, welcoming, attentive and helpful from the moment I booked and even more when we arrived. She communicated constantly with me. I highly recommend her place to feel at home waking up to a gorgeous, peaceful view. And there’s lot to do in Taormina and the surroundings. Fantastic trip, we already miss it …

We spent two weeks in this beautiful apartment. We didn't miss anything! The apartment was clean, very well equipped kitchen with everything you need. Large cozy terrace to linger on. Communication with Antonio was very good. No matter what the concern, he helped immediately. The beach is very close with a beautiful sea. We highly recommend this apartment. We really felt at home. Highly recommended. Thanks also to Antonio's parents, who welcomed us very warmly and helped us whenever necessary.

A big movie theater for the sea: the view from the terrace is indescribably beautiful and is framed by the kitchen, bathroom and bedrooms. The apartment is fantastically located, quiet and yet in the middle of the village, which is good for all shopping. To swim, you climb over some rocks at the bottom of the harbor or take the path to Lazarro. From Ginostra, you can easily hike to the Sciara del Fuco to see the eruptions of Stromboli in the evening. Gianluca and Monica are always available as friendly conversation partners. You are private and undisturbed and enjoy this wonderfully remote place in the midst of the elements. I always like to come to Ginostra and can absolutely recommend Gianluca and Monica's apartments!

The accommodation in Santa Maria is highly recommended: The apartment is functionally furnished and the garden is romantic. You can hear the sound of the sea and the beach is just a short walk away. Anna is a warm and helpful person. She responds immediately and also helped us a lot with an evening noise nuisance. In short: When visiting the Costa degli Dei, the house in Santa Maria is a great address - we would come back anytime. Thank you very much, Anna, for everything!

We are very pleased with our stay at Salvatore. The apartment and the entire facility were nice, well-maintained, renovated and very clean. We didn't miss anything. Salvatore and Noemi were very friendly and helpful. They recommended the best beaches and restaurants. They also arranged a trip to the Aeolian Islands for us. Communication with Salvatore was very good, he quickly answered every question, and if we had a small problem, it was quickly resolved. We highly recommend this place! ☺️☺️☺️

We had a really lovely stay! The apartment is well-equipped and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the beautiful terrace – perfect for breakfast or a relaxing evening drink. With the private access to the sea and the peaceful outdoor space, the place truly felt like an oasis. One downside was the noisy street, especially during weekend nights – something to keep in mind if you're sensitive to sound. We also really appreciated the free parking on the street – we were always able to find a spot nearby without any trouble. Salvatore was a great host: very friendly and helpful. His local tips were excellent – especially the restaurant recommendations, which were spot on! He also has a dog who is very friendly, though it did bark occasionally. All in all, a great place to stay that we would definitely recommend.

Great apartment with everything you need to enjoy your holiday. Perfect beach location. Restaurants and supermarket very close. Maria is a great host, making you feel very welcome ready for your Sicilian adventure.

Stunning views couldn’t have asked for a better location in Tropea well worth the money no comparison we have stayed in other B & B’s in Tropea but this will be the one to come back to no question, special thank to Lydia you were so lovely from when we first enquired then booking it and appreciated you be flexible (adding an additional night on for us) and do helpful!

Clean and comfortable accommodation at a good location, conveniently close to the lido, with a nice refurbished bathroom. Pasquale was a good and friendly host.

What a lovely studio! Even though you have to get the keys from Rachael (no self check in); nevertheless she’s very responsive and accommodative. I will definitely stay again when I return to the area.

We had an amazing time at Giovanni‘s apartment was big and beautiful and the pool was amazing. And for an extra fee he picked us up from the airport and dropped us back afterwards. Beautiful clean apartment and large balcony. Great functional kitchen and large bedrooms. Easy walk into town there’s lots of bars, restaurants, cafes and shops. Will definitely be back!

Really spacious and quiet beautiful villa, which is very well equipped, and Paola is lovely and very responsive and helpful. The villa is on a very busy road but we always managed to get a parking spot nearby, you do not really hear the road in the villa as it is behind a large wall and also down steps so lower than the road. The beach was a little disappointing as it was very strewn with litter and plastic bottles etc, I am surprised that all the villa's do not collectively clean the beach as it would be so much nicer for them. Great to have a nice supermarket just across the road, you need a car as not many good restaurants nearby, Sushifa Asian Restaurant was lovely food and lovely staff and great value for money. We enjoyed our stay at the villa.

Mauro was super nice and always available. You could ask him anything. The apartment was a dream and the sunset was bombastic☀️. Highly recommended and we will come back 🫶🏻
