The strategic position of Stazzo allows you to easily reach points of interest such as Etna (46 minutes), Taormina (33 minutes) and the city of Catania (29 minutes). In the village, just a few minutes walk, there are two small supermarket, a bakery, a butcher, a bar, two restaurants and a pizzeria. On the second Sunday of August, Stazzo celebrates the patron saint, St. John of Nepomuk, whom the Church in the Central Square is dedicated. Throughout the year, the place has a magnificent landscape of sea, and in the summer relax on sunny days, remaining calm and smooth, and the color blue contrasts with the black volcanic cliffs.

Stellas accommodation is exaclty what you expect from the pictures. It is a very cosy place close to the little harbour in the heart of Pozillo. There you find a small Cafe and a little fish store where you can buy fresh sea food. In the really nice backyard of the appartement you have the possibility to light the BBQ and hang out. It is the perfect base to explore the east coast of Sicily like Mount Etna or Taomina. Only the bed could be a little more comfortable. Nevertheless all in all 5/5 and would definitey come back!

Great place! Good and comfortable beds and rooms, a truly beautiful garden/swimming pool/view. A perfect place to relax We had an amazing time and it’s not a complaint, but good to know; you share the swimming pool with the apartment below (had had very nice people there), and there is 1 toilet/bathroom. Again, we didn’t had any issues with it, but just good to know. And yes, I would book it again if I go back to Sicilië.

Very clean and functional apartment. well equipped. umbrella bed available! good location to go for a walk on letna, 1 hour away. we had a lovely stay. the terrace is nice, too bad it's far from the kitchen to have the meal. Very nice view of the church, on the other hand the bells ring every 15 minutes even at night! thanks for everything!
