Waterfront holiday rentals in Scoglitti

Perfect location for my wife, 2yo son and I. A short, safe walk from the bustling marina (but far enough to escape any noise), and straight over the road from a lovely, quiet beach. We had a few unfortunate complications during our stay, but these were not Elisa's fault - internet failure, broken toilet flush, power outage. in fact, these only served to demonstrate what an excellent host Elisa is. Even later at night, she was quick to respond and everything was resolved in no time and with the minimum of fuss. The apartment itself was spotless, the shower was powerful and easy to control. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed for simple meals (although the restaurants were so good and such good value, we very rarely did!). The roof terrace is a wonderful space to relax with a glass of wine, watching the sun set. Maybe better suited to couples or families with older children due to the steps and corners, but we felt comfortable and safe all the time.

Wonderful location right on the beach. There are many beautiful places just around the corner that include good restaurants and markets but you need a car to get there. We loved staying here and I must say that Rosemarie is the best host ever. You have all you need there and if not, Rosemarie can provide for you. Thank you for everything. You are surely on our list if we are coming back to Sicily.

The landlord will come to open the door and introduce the house in detail. You can park anywhere in the unmarked parking area. The main street is just down the stairs from the house. It is very convenient. The house is very big. There are two rooms with bathrooms. The roof is high and it is very cool in summer. There is a large terrace with a good view.

Die Wohnung von Eleonore ist ein Traum am Meer. Perfekt gelegen in dem kleinen Örtchen Sampieri. Wir wurden von der Gastgeberin sehr herzlich empfangen und es war alles sehr unkompliziert. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und schön eingerichtet . Es gibt einen extra Eingang über die Terrasse direkt in die Wohnung. Um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Außerdem einige kleine Restaurants,Kaffee und Eisdiele direkt nebenan und eine sehr gute Pizzeria um die Ecke. Der Strand ist toll mit feinen Sand und sehr weitläufig. Er ist perfekt mit kleinen Kindern. Was will man mehr? Wenn es irgendwie geht wollen wir gerne wieder kommen… danke für die unvergessliche Zeit Eleonore.

De omgeving waarin het verblijf is gelegen, is ronduit fantastisch. Het terras, de grote tuin met veel bomen, struiken en bloemen én het uitzicht op zee is uniek, een paradijs. Een auto is wel een noodzaak om ter plaatse te geraken, boodschappen en uitstappen te doen. Ons contact met Maria Novella en Federico was heel hartelijk. De tips (restaurants en interessante bezienswaardigheden) die zij ons gaven waren goud waard. Gebruik zeker de opgegeven coördinaten om zonder problemen ter plekke te geraken. Het verblijf is anders niet zo gemakkelijk te vinden. Kortom deze plek is er ééntje uit de duizend, de verhuurders weten nog wat de echte filosofie van AirBnb kan zijn.

Apartment mit tollem Blick aufs Meer. Großzügige Räume, gut eingerichtet, gute Betten. Küche top ausgestattet, absolut alle technischen Geräte haben gut funktioniert. Nicola war ein großartiger Gastgeber - immer erreichbar, super flexibel bei Check In und Check out, sehr hilfsbereit und mit guten Tipps. Als ein einmal die Heizung/Klimanlage nicht wollte kam Nicola in wenigen Minuten persönlich vorbei, organisierten einen Techniker und blieb, bis das Problem gelöst war. Wir hätten uns keinen besseren Gastgeber wünschen können. Tolle Sandstrände in der Nähe. Parken beim Apartment an der Straße ohne Probleme.

Alles war genau wie beschrieben und bestens ausgestattet. Klimaanlage in jedem Raum und Verdunklungsrollos und Fensterläden sowie das bequeme Bett haben uns gut schlafen lassen. Die Terrasse ist super, die Möbel einwandfrei, sogar Liegen waren vorhanden. Die elektrische Markise ist toll um die Sonne am Vormittag fernzuhalten. Sie fährt bei auch mäßigem Wind automatisch ein, man kann sich also nicht unbedingt auf Schatten verlassen. Aber die Doppeltür lässt einen den Meerblick auch von drinnen genießen und so hat uns das nicht beeinträchtigt. Die Küche hat alles, was man braucht. Geschirr ist ausreichend (und einheitlich, kein Sammelsurium wie man es manchmal vorfindet) vorhanden, ebenso Küchenutensilien. Wir haben (erste Juniwoche) immer einen Parkplatz vor der Tür an der Straße gefunden. Die Lage ist super für Ausflüge, von Avolo selbst sollte man aber nichts erwarten. Das Restaurant Portomatto, dass nur 200m entfernt ist, ist aber super, das lohnt sich!

Our recent stay was exceptional, co-host Giorgio was proactive,communicative. The apt is a gem, a stunning location overlooking the marina. The views at sunset were breathtaking .The location was in walking distance to the beach & the piazzas. Inside, we were struck by its cleanliness & spaciousness. The apt was impeccably maintained,having a washer was a huge plus too! The reviews we had read prior to our stay were spot-on, & Giorgio even advised us on the quietest bedroom due to the summer holiday & occasional scooter noise at night. This thoughtful gesture ensured a peaceful sleep for everyone. The apartment's secure entrance, with a gate, provided an extra layer of safety & peace of mind, making us feel comfortable & relaxed throughout our stay. Overall, our experience was truly fantastic. We recommend this property to anyone looking for an enjoyable vacation. We will be booking it again for our next visit.

Great new house with everything you need, just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Location was perfect to reach several Sicilian treasures (ortigia, cava grande, noto, vendicari) in no time. Vincenzo and his wife are lovely hosts, helpful, kind and accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great view and perfect place to stay for adventures on the island. It’s cosy and has all the facilities you need. Recommendation!

Wir haben zwei Wochen in Giulianas Apartment verbracht und waren dort sehr zufrieden. Giuliana war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und hat uns immer sofort geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und das Bett war auch bequem. Von dort aus kann man gut mit dem Hund spazieren gehen und man kommt gut zu Fuß zum Strand. Das sind nur wenige Minuten. An einem der beiden Strände sind auch Hunde erlaubt. Der Ort ist klein und sehr schön. Wir empfehlen unbedingt sowohl den Bäcker als auch den Metzger. Und wenn einer der Männer zum Bartschneiden gehen möchte: Der Barber ist auch spitze.

The place was perfect for the 6 of us (myself, my wife and 2 grown up children with partners). The description says 2 doubles and 1 twin, but Marco set the twin up as a double which felt like a double. The only slight comments are that: - there were only 5 sun beds by the pool - there was a shortage of glasses - the description says towels for bathroom and pool towels - there was 1 large, 1 medium and 1 small towel each which meant we could either have a large towel for use in the shower or by the pool.

Casa perfetta per 4 adulti in vacanza, nuova e molto ben tenuta, patio molto piacevole la sera. Ottima location vicinissima al lungomare e a vari servizi, Paolo host molto gentile e prontissimo ad assisterci durante un blackout

Fantastic stay in beautiful house, and a very positive and responsive host:) Worth noting is that it is a bit of a walk to the beach with poor sidewalks for baby strollers. We ended up driving instead. Also good to know that restaurants in town open first at 7:30 pm which was too late for us with small kids. We ended up having pizza takeout or cooking ourselves in the evening. All in all, a great stay!

Esperienza super positiva. I genitori di Federico, che mi hanno accolta, sono persone deliziose, disponibili ed amichevoli. Contenta di aver fatto la loro conoscenza. L'appartamento ha risposto completamente alle mie esigenze, si a in ordine di spazio, pulizia e locazione. Mi sono sempre mossa a piedi e la posizione mi ha permesso facile accesso al mare, al centro del paese, ai negozi e alle fermate dei bus. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Don’t miss this amazing dinner spot! Good deli & fruit stand near the other end of pier. Livia very helpful & responsive host. I’d come here again for sure!

Nous avons passé un séjour absolument parfait dans le logement de Robin. Dès les premiers échanges, sa communication a été fluide, réactive et bienveillante, ce qui nous a mis en confiance. Le logement, quant à lui, était impeccable, confortable et situé dans un quartier paisible, idéal pour se détendre. Chaque détail semblait pensé pour assurer notre bien-être. Robin a été un hôte exemplaire, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions et nous fournir des recommandations locales précieuses. Appartamento ampio e luminoso, con balcone soleggiato. Molto pulito. E' situato sulla passeggiata lungomare di Marina di Ragusa, vicino alla piazzetta pedonale con bar e ristoranti. Alessandro è stato gentile e disponibile.

Giuseppe è un ospite meraviglioso - molto disponibile, gentile e premuroso. Ci siamo sentiti a casa con lui. La struttura è meravigliosa! Molto vicino al mare, con una baia meravigliosa e quasi senza turisti. Se volete rilassare dal trambusto, la casa di Giuseppe è perfetta! Troverete tutto il necessario per la vostra vacanza: una cucina completamente attrezzata, camere da letto con un letto confortevole e un giardino privato con lettini, tavolo e sedie, area barbecue e doccia esterna. È un ottimo punto di partenza per esplorare Catania, Taormina o Siracusa. Nella zona ci sono molti negozi di alimentari, una farmacia e un ospedale, ma per godere di tutti i servizi avrete bisogno di un'auto, che potrete noleggiare all'aeroporto o ad Augusta. Giuseppe, grazie ancora una volta per averci aiutato a trascorrere un periodo meraviglioso e per il tuo aiuto in ogni fase ! È stata una vacanza meravigliosa! Justyna&Arek :)

Abbiamo trascorso gli ultimi giorni della nostra vacanza in questo alloggio e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti. La casa rispecchiava perfettamente la descrizione dell'annuncio: pulita, ben curata, accogliente e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno piacevole. La posizione era perfetta, con il mare a pochi passi e la scelta tra alcuni lidi attrezzati o una grande spiaggia libera. Anche il centro è facilmente raggiungibile, con tante bancarelle, ristorantini tipici e aree gioco per i bambini. Grazie di tutto!

Siamo stati 2 mesi in questo appartamento ed è stato un periodo piacevolissimo. Ottima posizione, equipaggiato di tutto. Lo raccomandiamo vivamente!!

Esperienza positiva, Giovanni e sua figlia Simona sono stati gentilissimi e molto disponibili. L'appartamento è situato su una delle strade principali, la posizione consente di raggiungere a piedi in 10min il litorale, cuore di Pozzallo. Lo consiglio a quelle coppie che vogliono passare qualche giorno di relax o per fare il tour da Pozzallo a Modica; perfetto per due persone senza tante pretese in quanto mini, soprattutto il box doccia. Grazie ancora per l'ospitalità torneremo presto

Tolle kleine Wohnung von Alessio! Mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht und sehr sauber. Alessio und sein Bruder sind unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit :) Alles in allem würden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen, wenn wir nochmal nach Avola kommen.

It's always a pleasure to stay at Rosanna's home. It's in the best spot of the city, a stone's throw away from both the beach and the charming city center. The house is modern, very comfortable and absolutely spotless. Rosanna is the most gracious host. I would love to return whenever I'm back in the city.
