Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Scott County

Amanda went above & beyond to help us feel welcome & make our stay relaxing. We were greeted with a big smile, flowers, freshly made juice, and nuts. She even provided donuts & eggs for breakfast. The main house where we stayed was lovely: nicely appointed with a variety of sleeping options. One thing to note though is that the main house where we stayed is not handicap friendly - having lots of steps to enter and to get to the bedrooms. Amanda made sure we had everything we needed to be comfortable, offering her services if we ever needed her & providing a blow-up mattress & pump that we later realized we needed. She was always courteous & observant of our privacy. Although we rented the house on short notice, Amanda worked diligently to make sure it was very clean & ready for our stay. The house is in a safe, quiet, wooded area on a circle road. There is ample parking, with space for up to five cars. We would definitely rent this house again if ever back in the area.

This was one of my favorite Airbnb stays- it was the perfect little historic house with a beautiful front and back porch. Check in was very easy, everything was clean and well stocked with microwave popcorn. The host was super responsive, and we really enjoyed the whole experience. As a bath lover, the claw foot tub was magical. Thank you!

Jayne’s place is gorgeous!!! I loved staying there. It’s so incredibly peaceful and the surrounding landscaping is just stunning. I wanted to stay for so much longer. Jayne was very friendly and proactive with communication. I appreciate her patience with my late arrival! I would definitely request to stay again if I’m in the area 💖

This was a great place to stay with our daughter and 4 grandkids. We loved the cabin feel but more than enough room for the 7 of us. And such a treat to have a great view of the lake to wake up to and watch as the sun set! The kids loved swimming by the dock. And the highlight was taking them kayaking, cooking in the well stocked kitchen and sharing meals and memories.

Great location, lake view, private yard. Close to shopping & dining. Mall of America is 15 minutes, Minneapolis International airport is no more than 20 minutes away.

Easy to find yet out of the way. Had a family wedding in the city, but wanted to enjoy a nature retreat rather than the chaos of the city. This beautifully fit the bill. Owner very responsive to questions!

We loved our stay — we only wish our trip was much longer! Sara’s place was perfect for our quick overnighter to the cities. She was very easy to chat with and get help from, and she really wanted to serve us well! An amazingly cute place that’s just the right size for a couple! Loved it! Hoping to return someday!

John and Zina are terrific hosts and the space is perfect for a weekend getaway. It's well appointed and comfortable. Easy walking distance from Minneapolis Institute of Art, Eat Street restaurants, and shopping. Nice access to biking trails, too. Highly recommended!

Best Airbnb for us ever!. We LOVE it here. It was perfect for our week in Northfield to hang out with our kid before St Olaf graduation (campus is just a short walk away through the woods!) It was also a beautiful interior. Assumel the usuals: clean, great hosts, check in, comfortable mattress, etc. Beyond that, one thing that makes this Airbnb stand is the quality of the supplies - nice, durable 100% cotton bedding, good quality oils and spices, soap, etc. Really great mattress and couch. These hosts clearly did not run to Ikea to create a cheap, sterile interior. Also love the natural yard and proximity to woods. So we really felt at home. Nic and Page were kind, responsive, treated us the way they'd treat a personal guest (except obviously we weren't visiting with them, and they respected our privacy and we theirs) Downsides? Totally subjective. There was no whisk! Horrors! Maybe you want a bathtub that isn't there? Whatever. . None of that was an issue for us.

I was on the road for 23 hours before finally arriving at Tina’s. It was my first time to Minnesota and I am very glad that I chose her place for my family and I. It was peaceful, clean, quiet and very homely. We slept so soundly. It felt as though I hadn’t left home in how at peace we were. Tina responded to any queries I had promptly. I was clean, the kitchen is well equipped, and the bathroom is very clean. The only downside for me was that I didn’t book her place for a longer time. I am definitely going back for a longer visit. If you’re still reading this please book already before someone else takes your dates. You won’t regret it one bit! 😀

Andy was everything you could ask for in a host. He was very responsive and helpful but never intrusive. His place is lovely and very clean! The bed and linens in the main bedroom were extremely comfortable! The back yard had many unique features that, unfortunately, I ran out of time to take advantage of - next time for sure! Andy provides many thoughtful touches including a guidebook to the unit and surrounding area. So many interesting restaurants and things to do within walking distance and close to major highways when a car is needed. I highly recommend a stay here!

This location was fantastic for our family of 3! The home is lovely, immediately felt comfortable and we were able to enjoy the outdoor deck area so much! For families, this is a fantastic location. 2 blocks to the beach, one block to nice park on a quiet street and the hosts were amazing at having the home baby proofed and ready for our arrival. Overall, it was the little touches and kind hosts that make this place truly stand out, can’t wait to visit again!

Such a cute place!! The backyard is fully fenced and perfect for the dogs. The bedroom has one big bed, and there's also a couch that is very comfortable for sleeping. Nice and quiet location, very close to the beautiful Theodore Wirth park and convenient to get to anywhere in town! Katie was super easy to communicate with and very nice.

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

Karen’s place had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like home. The park right in front of the house made evening walks especially enjoyable. I’d recommend it to other guests!

This was a very nice place to stay in a very nice part of town.

Was needing to be close to University of Minnesota for campus visits and tours. Was a quick drive across the bridge, but we also chose to walk to campus a few times since the weather was nice. It was an easy 15-20 minute walk. Great Coop grocery store just a block away and nice walking paths and quiet neighborhoods around. House has a historic vibe with all the necessary amenities.

Tastefully appointed with everything you could need. Bigger than it looks in photos. Very thoughtful and kind owners. We LOVED our stay!!!

I loved the spaciousness of the unit in this beautiful Victorian house. It is in the beautiful Irvine Park district. It is close to the lively West 7th district and to the shops and pubs along the Mississippi River. I will definitely stay here again.

We loved staying here! This was a very comfortable apartment for two of us and it’s spacious enough to be comfortable for more guests too. I especially appreciated the full working kitchen, high efficiency laundry facilities, and great temperature controls, lots of very soft throw blankets, and ample WiFi. We both worked from the apartment and sometimes both had Zoom meetings at once, and there was never an issue. We hope to be back! This place is a keeper.
