Welcome to our 3-star studio with sea view in Villa Prat Bras, right on Laïta beach in Pouldu! Located on the upper floor with a lovely sea view and access to a large garden, the studio is part of a beachfront house. From the beach in front of the house, enjoy stunning views stretching to Groix Island. Experience peace, the ever-changing tidal landscape, and walks along the GR34 trail passing by the house and leading to Doëlan harbor. Free parking available on-site and 200 Mbps WiFi available.

Charming little house near the beaches

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

Relax in this quiet and elegant cottage, close to the beaches and the Laïta. This place is an annex to our main residence, independent and not overlooked. You are a 10-minute walk from the port and shops of Guidel-Plages. The forest and the Laïta are a few hundred meters away. Our 70 m2 cottage is fully furnished and equipped for your comfort. Entirely on one level, it has 2 bedrooms and can accommodate 4 people.

Beautiful 50 m2 duplex apartment, with very nice services (refurbished). Exceptional location with sea view and beach access on foot (about 500 m), and access to the residence's heated swimming pool (large pool and paddling pool). Open from June 1 to September 15. Also within walking distance of shops: bars, restaurants, carousel, ice cream parlors, supermarket, bakery, hairdresser... Away from traffic noise.

Quiet studio 500 m from the beaches

For athletes, Guidel is known for its surf spots, the beach is 500m away and the Ploemeur golf course is 6 km away. The market town and its shops are 3 km away. The studio is from 2016, the kitchen is fully equipped. The bed is comfortable (width 1m60) and the area very quiet. My place is perfect for couples, solo, and business travelers. I accept pets of any size provided they are well educated!
