Beachfront holiday rental in Sea of Marmara

The locations of the Apartment was perfect! Close to everything in Kadiköy, central, and very secure. We loved the cozy atmosphere and Guff was responsive and flexible, even when we arrived earlier than expected, he helped us get settled in. The apartment was clean and the living room is really cozy too! We also loved the cafes near the house, especially Kanca! It was 5 minutes to the bars in Kadiköy and also like 10 minutes to the Metro. To sum it up, our time was great :)

We were very pleased with everything. The location is so many places to visit close to everywhere. The sea is spotless, Ms. Belgin was very interested. It was a place we wanted to stop by again…

We were super satisfied and would be happy to come back! Mohamed was very friendly and flexible, came extra to the apartment and showed us everything. In case of problems, he was immediately available. Everything was clean and tidy. The apartment has a great location right by the sea and above the Istmarina Mall where there are great restaurants and shops. We will be happy to come back!

A small but cozy house with a view of the sea and where you can have a peaceful time. We were very satisfied, even though we arrived at the end of October, the weather was just as hot, since the house is by the sea, we put on swimsuits and directly swim in the sea. We stayed in a peaceful neighborhood for one night. The hosts are very warm and helpful, they even picked oranges for us at checkout:) Highly recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the villa! The host was incredibly friendly and very responsible—she responded to all our questions quickly and did her best to help us throughout our stay. Her communication made everything smooth and easy. The villa itself was exactly like the pictures—actually, even nicer in reality. The sea view was fantastic. It was clean, spacious, and beautifully maintained. We really enjoyed the setting and the amenities.

The location and views of the house are truly amazing. The house was very clean and attentive. The host was very caring. It provides a solution for any of your problems within 5 minutes. You can have a fire in the garden. You can come with 4 friends and stay comfortably. I'm sure it will be a lot more enjoyable in the summer. You can choose with your eyes closed. We are very satisfied.

We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in a quiet environment, the house is suitable for staying comfortably in summer and winter. I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable for the summer. place is lovely and spacious, was perfect for our little family reunion . Location is great right next to the sea, lots of space for everyone, weather wasn’t good enough for the pool or swimming in the sea but we had great time by the open fire and in the little summer house in the garden. Had everything we need in the kitchen ,only thing is home decor wasn’t our taste but that is really very personal. Garden is the die for, well recommend it x

we had a very enjoyable holiday. It is in a peaceful, very calm environment. It is pleasant to watch the sea view and the sunset on the terrace. The terrace is spacious, a pleasant and privacy environment where you can have nice conversations with your family while watching the beautiful view while eating your meal. We had no problems communicating with the host. The location of the house was a little problem at first, but then we got used to it. Definitely worth the 2 days we spent 👍🏼

First of all, the smiling face and sincerity of Ms. Duygu and her family helped us a lot. As soon as you enter the house, it raises your energy. It was very nice in terms of its view and comfort by the sea. The courtyard was also a place where we spent a lot of time with pleasure as an alternative to the sea view. Although it was very hot outside, the house was very cool and spacious due to the fact that it was made of stone. It was very nice to have a beautifully decorated bathroom in each room. There are very high quality products from the electronic devices used in the kitchen to other materials. We left saying that we should come again and again.

The apartment was exactly as described, with qualitative furniture and very clean. Even though it was near the mosque, because of the qualitative windows we were not disturbed by the prayers which was a big plus for us. The location was very nice, with super view from the living room, close to Sariyer, Bebek and it was also very easy to manage going to the Asian side by boat. Nearby are plenty of restaurants, markets, always available parking spots. Mr Batuhan was very kind, accommodated our needs very quickly and shared useful information on what we needed. For sure a great place to stay of you want a peaceful place in busy Istanbul.
