Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Sea of Marmara

Overall, we had a great time with my friends at Zeynep's Villa. Zeynep was very quick to respond if we had any problems and we received good suggestions to fix them I would definitely recommend Zeynep's Villa to others for their stay in Sapanca.

literally perfect. The hosts were very kind and friendly, very sweet people, they helped us with the slightest thing that came to our minds. I'm not even talking about the warm pool, the barbecue, everything is perfect.

We rented it for our 4-day holiday and we were very pleased. The house was as in the photo, the inside of the house, the pool and everything was very clean. Everything that should be in the kitchen was available. We would like to thank Mr. Zafer, who picked us up from the train station on the first day and dropped us off at the house, and they took us to the train station on the last day, and they also came to help us with everything we needed during the days we were at home. We had a wonderful holiday and we plan to come again. I recommend it to everyone.

Giorgio’s place was prefect for our family on our visit to Istanbul. The team hosting us was great - very good communication and always responsive. Their hospitality and generosity were greatly appreciated. The house is perfect for exploring all the major sites in Istanbul. The location was very good with restaurants and parks nearby. The amenities in the house were also perfect with everything you need for your stay. Highly recommend this house for making great memories in Istanbul. Would definitely stay here again on our next visit.

A house in a beautiful location with a large veranda. However, it is not possible to descend around the stream, it is quite steep.

The flat was a perfect place for our family to stay for 10 days. It was in a fantastic area within a short walking distance of the Galata area and a 5 minute walk from the tram stop, from which is was very easy to get to the Sultanahmet area (or you can do the longer walk across the Galata bridge!). Ömer was extremely helpful and responsive, and made us feel very welcome.

Ömür's place is exactely what you see in the photos. Compact and clean. Simple and comfortable. His wife and he made us feel very welcome.

The communication with Orbay was smooth — he responded quickly. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and spacious, which made it comfortable for a longer stay. The private terrace with a nice view was a great spot to relax. Overall, a good place to stay.

Uygar was a fantastic host, very helpful and quick to respond. The apartment is located in the center of a cultural area of Istanbul, close to a market and excellent dining options. Within the area, you can move around without a car. If you drive, there's a reasonably priced parking lot two minutes' walk from the building; you can pay up to c. $15 for 24-hour parking. If you don't have a lot of or heavy luggage, this duplex two-bedroom flat on the third level is ideal. If I were to return to Istanbul, I would stay there once more. Many thanks, Uygar

The room is spacious - we had a small living room with a couch and a kitchenette. The room was clean with all necessary items we need for our stay. However, there was a shower leaking causing the water pressure not strong enough. There was 24/7 receptionist ensuring smooth check-in and check-out. The host was very welcoming - they offered free tea or coffee and cookies upon our arrival. They also recommended a few locations in Istanbul for us to visit. We arrived the hotel by public transit. The road from the nearest tram station to the hotel is a bit incline and bumpy with a few staircases (very typical Istanbul road structure). If you carry suitcases, consider taking a taxi or a private car.

Good living facilities. Good transportation. Immediate response to complaints. Close to supermarkets and restaurants. The hill road is a bit tough.

Nice location, nice view and cute interior. The place is a lot more spacious than what I expected. A very comfortable stay in general.

Çınar’s place is the Galata area, very convenient for visiting Istanbul. We loved the location. When we arrived, we ran into the host at the entrance and he ended up checking us in personally. He was very friendly and welcoming. The place is like the photos and large for 2 of us. It was clean and comfortable. The view from the roof top terrace is excellent. While it is near the Galata tower, it is quite quiet, while there are a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes of walking. I think it is a very good place to stay when visiting Istanbul, highly recommended. Be prepared to walk uphill and walk up the stairs. There can be a lot in the area and the apartment is on the top floors too. However, it is worth it.

This apartment was just what we were looking for - cozy, clean, and in a perfect location. Check-in was a breeze, and from the start, everything felt smooth and easy. The view from the apartment was amazing, and we loved being so close to so many shops and restaurants. It made our stay super convenient. What really stood out, though, was Khaled’s hospitality. He was always quick to respond and super helpful with anything we needed. It’s clear he really cares about his guests having a great experience. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay, and we’ll definitely be booking again next time we’re in Istanbul!

An amazing house with big bedrooms and an amazing view 😍

Our time in Villa Holiday Sapanca Kırkpınar was quite nice. An ideal place for those who want to relax in a peaceful environment. Getting to popular places was very easy. The cleanliness and layout of the villa was perfect; everything was thought out down to the last detail. The hot pool allows you to have a pleasant time, especially on cool evenings. The fire pit also allowed us to have fun conversation time. The host, Ms. Nursel, made our stay even more special with her hospitality and attention. We felt like we were at home. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a calm and comfortable holiday in Sapanca with peace of mind. We will definitely want to come back!

We preferred this area for our visit to Gallipoli with my 7-year-old son, both close and away from the crowds. We had the opportunity to stay for 2 nights in a quiet environment, the house is suitable for staying comfortably in summer and winter. I'm sure it will be even more enjoyable for the summer. The complex has its own beach, it does not seem to be available from the outside, so it is also comfortable. Mr. Volkan's communication was strong and caring and friendly. Thank you…

Mr. Akın was very helpful with everything. We felt she was trying to make us comfortable at home. The house was a very warm environment, it was enjoyable. The house looks like it sleeps 9, but it's a small L armchair where two people will sleep. It wasn't a problem for us, but it should be considered.

What you see in the photos, what the description says, we are glad that we chose this place, neither the noise of others disturbed us nor our noise disturbed others, it was a peaceful holiday for us. It was very good in terms of service and cleaning. It was also very nice that it was exactly the same as the photos, that it was reliable and that there were items to meet all your needs at home. Mr. Eşref was a brother Eşref to us, he was much more than a host, we were so pleased for 4 nights and 5 days that we will come again, thank you very much, he was very helpful, he took care of us every day, every morning, he asked if there was anything missing, he was very nice in the conversation, he was not like a tradesman running a place to stay, he was exactly like a brother, may he be blessed, a magnificent building has emerged, there is nothing I can write as missing, I strongly recommend everything out of 10, even my relatives asked many times where it is, is there a better place to stay in the region, I don't think so, we came to Sapanca for the 2nd time.
