Monthly Rentals in Seabright, Santa Cruz

This was our second stay at Harbor House and it was just as great as we remembered it to be. Super easy check-in starts your stay on the right track. Perfect location, great parking, amazing view, friendly neighbors, amazing outdoor space and well-equipped kitchen and beach supplies make this better than most other properties. We will always return when visiting Santa Cruz.

We had the most amazing stay with our newborn & dog. Walkable to a number of restaurants, coffee shops, and the beach, and a short drive to the cliff walks. We loved being able to put the baby down to sleep in the dark bedroom & eat dinner in the peaceful backyard. Plus, the fenced yard made it easy to let our dog out to go potty (it’s the little things!). We are eager to stay here again!

Anina's spot is a perfect studio in Seabright! It is a really cute space that feels very comfortable to be in. It's also centrally located in the Santa Cruz area, with great parks, beaches, and restaurants nearby. It's also close to the Crepe Place and the Rio, which have some great local and big name acts come through. Anina was very friendly and met with us a couple of times to show us how things worked at her place. It's clear that she cares a lot about providing a nice experience to her guests. We highly recommend staying here!

Sallie is a great host. She gave very clear instructions and was very accommodating and flexible. Her studio is in a quiet, charming and safe neighborhood. It's a very nice little place, pretty simple but with everything you need for a pleasant stay, including a small garden and courtyard where you can have coffee in the morning. The wifi was good and reliable. Sallie has a dog and a cat, none of which were a bother. Highly recommended.
