Location, location, location. Literally steps to the sand from this relaxing beach abode! Just roll out of bed and walk through the tree lined tunnel straight to the boardwalk of your own fairly private beach! Bring your dogs and let them roam the huge fenced in backyard lined with live oaks and a fire pit for the family to unite. A quieter part of Folly where the surfers like to shred but still only a short while to the bars of Folly and just 15 minutes from downtown. You will love this place!!

The first floor has an open living room, kitchen, and dining. There is additional seating on the upstairs landing. Amenities include multiple TVs, WIFI, outdoor shower, and washer/dryer. Dine alfresco while watching golfers from the back porch. It's not pet-friendly. There is no elevator. Parking for 5 cars.
