Family-friendly holiday rentals in Seabrook Island

Everything was exactly as described and the location was FANTASTIC for traveling with small kids. Tamra & Lisa were great communicators ahead of and during our stay, even welcoming us with wine and cheese. Everything was comfortable and the pack n play & high chair on site were a great bonus. The kitchen is fully, full equipped if you like to do some cooking at “home” like we do. There are some fragile items at curious tot level but the living areas are child friendly. Absolutely recommend these hosts and this stay!

We enjoyed our trip immensely! Lots of local shops and restaurants near by, beach just a short walk and tons of onsite amenities. We’d absolutely stay here again. Thanks so much Steven. You and your condo are much appreciated 💜

This was the perfect stay for me, my husband, and our 1 year old! I can’t say enough wonderful things about it! It is decorated beautifully, was extremely clean, had easy access to the beach, and was perfectly located on the island close to Kroger (5 minutes away, if that), awesome restaurants, and plenty of bike paths. The kitchen is fully stocked and we were able to cook a meal very easily with what was there. The resort has several pools indoor and outdoor as well as a kiddie pool that was a hit with our toddler. The beach is a beautiful 10 minute walk along a boardwalk overlooking the marshes - just bring some comfy sandals as you walk to the beach and it’s totally fine. :-) We had the best time! This is our 3rd time visiting HHI and this was hands down the best rental we’ve used. We will be back for sure!

Our stay was only a short weekend for a wedding. We did not get to enjoy the pool or beach. No issues with stay except the back half of the villa was much warmer than the front half. The bunk room with 3 adult children had 3 tower fans and they said the night was okay. Father In law was happy being warmer since he’s always cold. Overall it was a great location close to rehearsal dinner and wedding venue.

It was really clean and smelled nice. he also provided a lot of towels which was nice. everything worked how expected and the property is beautiful.

With us and children’s families we had plenty of room and things to do right on the property for 6 adults and 5 grandchildren from 2 to 10 years old! We had a blast: plenty of beds, bathrooms, big kitchen and den, indoor swimming pool, game room, hot tub, fire pit, short street for bikes, garage. On raining periods or at night the house was great for eating, play and family time! We got the golf cart and biked minutes from Folly Field beach and also to Island beach which were great beaches. Biking on the beaches and the innumerable wonderful trails throughout Hilton Head is amazing for those who take advantage of it. Besides the beach adventures we also took advantage of the horseback riding at Lawton Stables and the Pirates of Hilton Head kids pirate ship adventure at Harbor Town which was something the kids and adults will not forget. We ate most of the time in our great kitchen but some did get to enjoy two fabulous seafood restaurants. Hilton Head is a beautiful island!

We were in town celebrating my brother’s wedding, and Joseph’s home was the perfect place to unwind and spend time with family. The pool area was beautiful! He was extremely responsive and the home was very comfortable and well equipped.

Beautiful place with such a peaceful atmosphere. Will definitely stay here again!

Apartment was very clean and great location between the beach and downtown Charleston.

We can't say enough about the Cottage on Waight! It was immaculate & has eveything you need( and more) for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was extremely well appointed & everything you could need to cook a great meal . It even had some nice snacks, a variety of coffees & teas, spices condiments and more. The home had ample bathroom supplies... including cotton balls, qtips- even finger nail polish remover! You really didn't need a thing. Complete supply of cleaning supplies and laundry stuff. There are several outdoor spaces... we enjoyed the screen porch during a thunderstorm & the patio in the eveningsv that were unseasonably cool. They must use some type of pest control services because there were no bugs- inside or out! One of the best things is it's walkability- the great neighborhood for walking w/ many homes being remodeled or newly built. Less than a mile easy walk into downtown Beaufort with sidewalks everywhere. The Spanish Moss Trail is close & a must do esp w/ dogs!

Our family of 5 stayed at Calvin’s beach house and had a great time. Walkable to beach access, parks, and some other amenities on IOP. House was as described and the back yard was a nice space for the kids during our downtime.

We enjoyed this Airbnb a lot! Lovely views back and front and the beach is maybe 3 minutes walk (look for the public access sign to the left, about three houses down). Great shower! Lovely kitchen! Comfy sofas! If we ever come back to folly beach, we would love to stay again. For the mobility challenged, it is only 12 steps to front door, unlike a lot of neighboring houses, which are on stilts and have 25+ steps. 😁

My husband and I enjoyed our stay at Bungalow Under the Oaks. The space was clean and cozy, good for two people and a small dog. We enjoyed the fenced in yard and short drive to the beach and restaurants.

We loved the central location to many things to do, places to eat, and the cleanliness of the unit. The coffee shop around the corner was awesome and King street is a short walk away. Jamie and the staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. The only bummer was the fact that my search filters were for a pool. This unit provides pool access to the Wonder but it is 25 and up so not family friendly and is not onsite so we didn’t get to use it. Traveling from the north where temps are still cool in May, this was a major decision factor in my booking and I missed the fine print. Not blaming the host, just something I missed that is worth calling out, in case this is relevant to you. Other reviews mentioned noise levels due to the prime location but we didn’t have that problem. You can hear people walking and talking but it caused no disturbances or impacted our enjoyment. We were so impressed with Amy’s house. The house has been wonderfully renovated and updated while maintaining the character of antique Charlestonian homes. Our family was visiting for a wedding and we were so impressed with all the amenities provided to make our stay comfortable. Amy and her husband were proactive and very helpful in our check-in and throughout our stay.We will definitely try to stay again if in Charleston.

Beautiful clean house in a great neighborhood. Great location, there is a lot to do and see within a short drive. Host was very welcoming and very responsive to our questions. Highly recommend this house.

We were in town for about 3 weeks and Robs place was perfect for us. The home itself was extremely clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was peaceful and safe and had a very nice pool as well. Felt totally comfortable going for a walk each day. The location was fantastic. We enjoyed Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island, Folly Beach, Daniel Island, Beach Walker at Kiawah, and downtown Charleston during our stay. All were within 30 min - an hour away with Kiawah being the furthest. Our main goal during our stay was to explore Summerville as a community which we did! After full days it was so nice to have Robs place to come back to and feel so comfortable. We really enjoyed time on the back screened lanai.

While we only had the pleasure of staying here for one night, we would absolutely return for longer! Jaime and Marie’s place was absolutely adorable. It looked just like the pictures, had all the things you and your family could need for a beach trip, and had the most comfortable beds! The decor was picture perfect and looked brand new. Jaime and Marie were extremely responsive to all my questions and were very kind. I had a billing concern early on and they were quick to help problem solve it for me. Hilton Head is our favorite place and we come every year. We are thankful to have found a new spot we can add to our list for places to stay. Great location, peaceful, and a real hidden gem. Loved the location and this place met all of our needs and expectations! Was very well stocked with toiletries, toilet paper, soap, coffee, etc which seems to be uncommon at places we've stayed before. This was our first stay at Kiawah and we will be back!

Was great to get out of our Michigan winter and enjoy the South Carolina sunshine. The condo was very clean and well appointed. Easy walk to the beach. Very enjoyable experience!

I lived in Charleston for five years and staying here was the best “welcome home”. From the moment we booked, Brianna was helpful, communicative, and pleasant. Check-in was easy and the place was gorgeous and exactly as described. We even said that “this was the first time that an Airbnb felt like home” and we meant it. Ample entertainment (dvd, Roku tvs, speaker), stunning view, perfect location, and SO many beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, kids games, buckets etc. We hope to visit again and bring our whole family! Modern fixtures and appliances that were easy to use. If I ever need an Airbnb in Charleston again, I will definitely be staying here if it’s available. My only drawback was that it was really warm in the home when we arrived but it cooled down by the time we returned from dinner. Other than that, no complaints! I definitely recommend staying here.
