Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Seal Beach

This place was exactly as advertised. We spent hours sitting outside in the yard relaxing during our stay which is exactly what we'd hoped for. The location was perfect: right near the beach and restaurants but in a quiet community. I'd love to stay here again.

Such a cute place ! The private patio area was really nice. It was also great having a garage to park in. Long Beach is infamous for parking so having a guaranteed spot is such a plus. There's also so many great places to eat near by. I highly recommend Jesse's place if you are going to Long Beach.

Susan may be the most welcoming, communicative and friendly Airbnb host ever. She and her husband were staying nearby, and they invited my friend and I to visit with them and their friends on our way to dinner one evening. Susan is a former sales executive for a global technology company, and she treats her Airbnb customers with the same care that she used to treat her corporate clients. Susan made me feel like a longtime friend and valued guest. This apartment is one block off 2nd street in Belmont Shore, close enough to easily walk to the restaurants on 2nd street, but far enough off 2nd street to be quiet and peaceful. The beach and boardwalk are only two blocks away, also close enough to easily get to the beach. I absolutely loved the apartment. It is comfortable and cozy with everything you need, and a lot of windows so you can let the beach air in. Street parking is easy. I highly recommend Susan as a host, and I highly recommend this apartment.

April was amazing!! Super helpful and the place was just perfect. If we stop by this way again we are definitely going to rent this place out. Pictures don’t do it justice and it is perfect for walking to the beach, shopping or just grilling outside.

This place was such a gem! Got to meet the hosts and they were so sweet and and helpful. If you're anywhere near Ocean Ave for the weekend and need a peaceful little oasis, this is your spot! Comfortable, inviting place once you walk in and such a convenient walk to downtown area. Will definitely be booking again!

Perfect spot for our needs. Walking distance to beach, restaurants, grocery, and shops yet secluded and private. Darla was super helpful and responsive and helped make our first trip to the area a good experience.

The Starfish Cottage exceeded my expectations! Super cute and cozy, great location, and hosts were friendly and responsive. I really appreciated all the thoughtful details they put into the space, from providing a few snacks, to having blankets to use outside on a cool night. I will definitely look to book this property again if I am ever in the area.

Udo’s property offered light, spacious rooms with beautiful decor, off-street parking and short walks to restaurants, beach, bluff (morning yoga), a farmer’s market, grocery store, bakeries, etc. We dined in the garden, on our balcony and inside where plants were literally works of art with unique display of textures, varieties, shapes and colors. Everything from the laundry room and bookshelves to closets and bathroom were well stocked and well maintained. Enjoyed many personal touches such as biscotti and fresh flowers. Outdoor activities work supported by bicycles, beach towels, folding chairs, a yoga mat, and even binoculars, as well as more common conveniences. We highly recommend Udo’s lovely property and hope to revisit next winter.

We travel all around the world and this was one of our top places we have ever booked! Not only were Sibylle and Akhil so easy to communicate with and answer any questions we had, but this place is PERFECT! It had everything we needed, parking was a breeze morning and night, the place is so cozy and the most important: it was so clean and comfortable!!!

The place was clean, well-designed, and just as described. The host provided a super helpful guidebook that covered everything we needed—from using the shower to local restaurant recs. The remodel and interior design were beautiful, and the location was great with a Sprouts and restaurants nearby. We barely needed to reach out since everything was clearly laid out. It did get a little humid, and ceiling fans would’ve been nice, but the thermostat kept things comfortable. If the price were a bit lower, I’d definitely stay again. Overall, really solid stay

My family of 6 had a great time at Clarissa’s place! We felt right at home with everything we needed. The kitchen was well stocked, comfortable beds, outdoor spaces to hang out, beach items to borrow, and more! We had everything we needed close by including groceries, restaurants, and the beach. Highly recommend Pizza x Two nearby. Would recommend & stay again!

I really enjoyed my weekend stay here in Belmont. The location is absolutely perfect with lots of good food and drinks around. The house was super clean and looked even better in person. Everything is in walking distance. I would definitely recommend this listing to family and friends. Thanks again for hosting me.

Sovina’s place is great! It is modern, clean, and tastefully decorated. The neighborhood is in an awesome location, easy walk to 2nd street and the beach. We got a lot of use out of the front and back yards as well. I would like to stay here next time when I’m back in the area!

We were looking for a place that we could rest and relax for a few days. We were not looking for places to visit or a lot of activities, even though this property is located where you have those things to choose from. This property fit our needs perfectly. Coffee in the morning sitting outside in the beautifully decorated outdoor space, including a peaceful water feature was so nice. The home is beautiful and there wasn’t a single thing we wanted that wasn’t provided. Communications were very timely and they genuinely wanted you to have everything you needed to have a wonderful stay. I can’t imagine anyone not being 100% happy with this property and the host. We would love to return in the future.

The location is wonderful. There is a lot of room in the house, comfortable arrangement. The temperature of the house was great, between window flow and A/c. Host was very friendly and communicative. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Absolutely thrilled about our stay here. It’s a beautiful condo with the best LA decor. Everything was clean and comfortable. Also- Having a WORKING washing machine in an Airbnb was a game changer! The rooftop views- wow!! How cool to have a pool and hot tub on the roof! There is also no reason to feel unsafe at this location (I saw other reviews with some worries). The security at the front desk was AMAZING. They will not let anyone in that is not supposed to be in the building. They eventually know you by name and greet you. They walked me outside to show me exactly how to get to the convenient parking garage provided by the host. (The parking garage is just as secure!) I could go on and on about our experience- but it will only allow me to write so much! Thank you so much Brandon! We will be back! If you want to stay downtown LA- stay here.

The place was fantastic. Everything one would need was in the home. It was easy to get to and so much to do within walking distance. Lovely house.

Luis provided a very nice and organized condo to stay at. I needed a place to stay near the Long Beach Convention Center, and this location was ideal! The condo inside was very organized and ready to go. The key fab made the condo feel very private, and I could relax when coming back to sleep. Overall, very nice place and comfortable for staying near the Long Beach Convention Center.

Amazing place, with a beautiful kitchen! The building itself was very quiet. Most everything was walkable, or at least a very short uber ride away! Any questions we had we got a response very quickly. A perfect stay for the weekend!
