We enjoyed a beautiful weekend at the beach in the off season. Great location to watch sunrise and sunset. Loved the bikes and beach chairs!

Cynthia was a great host. She was easily accessible and timely in her responses. The house was perfect for a weekend getaway. The location was great-walkable to the beach, boardwalk and restaurants. We enjoyed the weekend.

We absolutely loved our stay at Ron's home! His home is just lovely, and so comfortable. We loved the balconies off of every level and there was so much room for us all to hang out with each other! We so appreciated that the home was so dog friendly. Ron responded right away with any questions that we had and was so friendly as well. Definitely a great place to stay! We will be back for sure!

The location was easy to find and the beach access was great! It was better than expected and very cute!! Perfect spot for a vacation or peaceful getaway!

This place was perfect. We wanted to stay overnight instead of an exhausting one day beach trip. We live about 2 hours away and going to the beach for a day is always a chore. This is my recommendations for anyone going! We arrived at the beach right at opening time (10 AM), 9:45 we paid for street parking and were lucky enough to find an open parking spot right in front of the air b&b. Parking on the street from 10AM to 3PM cost $15 (cheaper than any parking lot near by). We then enjoyed the beach at our cost until 2:50pm and made our way to check in to the air b&b @ 3pm. After checking in, we put the offered street parking placard in our rear view and enjoyed free parking for the entire night and over night. We were easily able to enjoy the boardwalk and drop back into the apartment numerous times with the convenience of the location (one block from the boardwalk). Would recommend this stay to anyone looking for an easy, hassle free stay-over in seaside! ENJOY!

This apartment was perfect for me and my family during the holiday weekend. It was clean and had everything we needed, including clean linens & towels. She provided waters and snacks at check-in. The furniture & appliances were in great condition. Bathroom was perfectly clean. Even provided a hair dryer & hooks to dry towels. It is a 3rd fl walk up which was fine for my family but not for everyone. The location was perfect for beach & boardwalk. South end of the Heights, which is a little nicer, but you’re still staying in Seaside near motel living. Overall felt safe in this location. Had a parking space in the back. It was well lite at night. Only suggestion would be for the owner to get darker shades for East facing rooms. Sun came in bright in the morning and watching morning TV was an issue. But the view to the beach was great! Would definitely recommend this place. The owner was responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Overall, great rental!

What an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space and a great outdoor area. Everything was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was set up so nicely. The ocean and bay were both 5 minutes walking distance, with restaurants and stores within walking distance and the boardwalk area close by. Dean was a great host, and we will definitely be back!

We loved the unit, very nice, very very clean, we had everything we needed, extra linens and towels, cleaning supplies for any accidents or needs, Host super responsive , super easy to find the place, very close to the boardwalk ,(feels like you literally in the middle of it) right next to the rides;walk able distance ,comfy beds, the units is in the back( driveway first) so like me you want some peace and able to read and sleep; location is super good, we had 4 beach passes and that was a big savings, we have a parking spot. We are going back soon!!!

This place was GREAT! Wonderful beach within easy walking distance. Quiet street, yet close to Seaside Heights boardwalk. It was perfect for our young adult children who wanted to play and eat, but nice for my husband and I who just wanted quiet time at the beach. The living room is a bit smaller than the pictures, but the bedrooms are very comfortable. The kitchenette is well-equipped. We want to go back next year.

Tiffany was a very lovely hostess. She was quick to respond to questions offered information about the town and what to do. Communication was excellent. The place was just lovely. Had everything we needed and more in a quiet neighborhood. Lots of restaurants, even though we’ve ventured outside the seaside Heights area and went into Ortley and Lavallette for restaurants there were plenty around. Anybody looking to go to this area? I would definitely recommend this Airbnb 100%.

Words can describe how awesome this place and the host has been. I stayed here for two weeks and it was amazing. My family and I were transitioning from a different state. I found this location and was happy to come across it. I recommend this host and location to anyone planning to stay at Seaside Heights. Thank you for everything.

Fantastic Stay with a Dream Kitchen and Charming Loft! This Airbnb was an absolute gem! We had a wonderful time here, and two things really stood out: the amazing kitchen and the charming loft space. The kitchen was a home cook's dream. It was incredibly well-equipped with modern appliances, plenty of counter space, and everything we needed to prepare full meals. We really appreciated this. The loft was such a cool and unique feature., "It was a cozy spot to relax and read, it provided a great extra sleeping space,. It added a really special touch to the overall character of the place. Beyond those highlights, the entire Airbnb was on point. now the only thing I hated. please get thr power outlets working. all the ones that were near my seat didn't work. that is a big issue.

this was a great stay my daughter and her friends were able to go walk to thr beach and so their own thing while we spent our adult time together. it was wonderful.

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

I communicated with Brian and Kevin, the new host, and everything went smoothly from booking to check-out. We spent a bachelorette weekend here off season and loved the place. The location is private yet just a few minutes from the beach boardwalk and bayside. There is a 7/11 and bagel place around the corner. The house itself is charming and is suitable for short- or long-term stay. Thank you very much!

This place is beautiful! Loved the layout and the amenities. Loaded with everything we needed. A perfect location for a family to come enjoy the Jersey Shore! We had a great time! Madeline was very helpful & accommodating.
