The house was very large and in the location we needed. Catherine was very accommodating, and the house was nicely decorated and furnished. It was perfect for our needs!

We had a wonderful 3-day stay at this beautiful home in Ocean Gate, New Jersey. The location couldn’t have been better—tucked away in a quiet neighborhood but just a short walk to the beach and close to everything we needed. The house was spotless, well-stocked, and thoughtfully set up with everything we could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. There were plenty of activities to enjoy at the house, making it easy to unwind without ever feeling bored. The host truly went above and beyond—not only was communication smooth, but they also provided a fantastic guidebook full of helpful information about the house and the local area, which made getting settled and exploring a breeze. This place felt like a home away from home, and we’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

I had the best time. It was a perfect location and so peaceful during the winter months. A few blocks and you’re on the beach. Highly suggest! Can’t wait to visit again!

Home was spacious and immaculate. The game room was a huge hit being we had a rainy weekend. The hot tub was larger than we expected and kept very prestigious. Would definitely book here again and recommend to anyone looking for a getaway . If the boardwalk isn’t for you there is plenty to do here from game room, hot tub, fire pit for s’mores, bbq, and a table for a nice family dinner.

We had a great stay here ! The location was perfect , it’s an easy walk to the beach and boardwalk. The place itself is clean and has everything you need for a getaway down the shore. It being pet friendly was a huge plus. We would stay here again anytime we are in the area!

We had a wonderful weekend staying at Ami’s! You couldn’t ask for a better location if you want to be close to the beach. The home was exactly as pictured and we enjoyed the large front porch for our early morning coffee and late night conversations. If we return to Seaside, we would book this home again! Thank you!

Our recent business trip stay was truly exceptional. The property was beautifully appointed, spacious, and tastefully decorated, providing a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to relax after a long day. Everything we needed was thoughtfully stocked, and Mei was incredibly helpful throughout our visit. The location was ideal—just a 0.5 of miles from the ocean . What set this stay apart from other Airbnbs was the refreshingly personal touch. Unlike the increasingly corporate feel of many listings, this experience offered genuine hospitality and plenty of privacy. We felt completely at home and thoroughly enjoyed our time here. Absolutely perfect in every way—we loved it!

Great place to stay. Super clean, close to the state park and restaurants. Perfect little getaway for our family of 3. The area that the house is in is also very nice. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and watching the sunset.

A Phenomenal 2 week stay at this lovely home in Seaside Heights that’s conveniently located very close to the beach, lots of great eateries, & a supermarket. We had lots of room for us & our 2 small dogs who loved the spacious yard. Everything was just as described & we felt right at home the first day. Beautifully decorated, very clean, convenient driveway. We loved lounging on the front porch, relaxing with our pups in the yard & watching movies in the comfy living room. Lots of closet space, full-length mirror in cozy bedroom & roomy shower. Kitchen stocked with all necessities. Toms River & Lavallette both minutes away with lots of fun restaurant choices & activities. We also visited great restaurants within walking distance on the Boulevard & went biking around the dog friendly neighborhood. Great beach, boardwalk lit-up at night, cute park around the corner, easy keypad entry. We found a dog-friendly beach inside the state park!! We will definitely be back next year!!!

Perfect spot for a group, lots of bedroom space and the roof top deck was perfect for a Pilates lesson. Everything was described according to her post and we would stay again

Wonderful find for a quick girls weekend. The house is peaceful and cozy with a beautiful view. The space was clean and comfortable with simple kitchen basics, comfortable beds and a great updated bathroom. Talisa was accommodating and responsive from start to finish, will definitely return.

Your amenities went above and beyond our expectation. Your quick response about activities nearby were on point. We enjoyed a day in Lavallette and a night of dinner, dancing and cocktails at Bum Roger’s. Both very close to your house. The beds are so comfortable. We had a great day from start to finish Jaclyn was more than accommodating. She thought of everything and was responsive throughout our entire trip. She was flexible with check-in and check out, which was super important for us. The location was great and walkable to local bars and restaurants as well as the beach and Bay. We enjoyed our stay at Kevin and Yi's. We appreciate the hosts responsiveness and kindness. We had everything we needed and even more. The beach is in a very close proximity to home. It was great to have amusement park, shops and restaurants so near. We highly recommend Kevin and Yi's place

JD was easy to reach and very communicative. The location was close to boardwalk and local attractions. Not a negative but just know to bring your own beach and bath towels.

We had a wonderful experience staying at this property in Seaside Heights for a weekend. The location is perfect , just a short walk to the boards and all the fun amenities the shore has to offer. The four beach badges was a nice touch that was added for us to use. Beds and pillows were comfortable. Parking in the driveway was plentiful and helpful as well. The house itself was super clean , comfortable and exactly as pictured. It had what we needed for the weekend. The living area was nicely furnished and made for a relaxing space after a long day on the beach and boards. Communication with the host , Mary was impeccable from start to finish. She was super friendly , responsive , understanding and truly made us feel welcome . We couldn’t have asked for better host and will absolutely stay here again in the future . Highly recommend.

Great family house. 6 adults and two very little children. Kitchen is spacious and the large and beautiful island was a great gathering spot for all. Grilled out in secluded yard that has outdoor furniture and fire pits. Added perks of boogie boards, beach umbrellas, etc. Large grocery store around corner. This house had everything that we needed for a week of respite and family fun.
