Beach condo holiday rentals in Seaside Heights

Wil is a great host and responds promptly to messages. The condo is large and comfortably slept seven. It is in a great location! Walkable to the beach and boardwalk, but tucked away in a peaceful setting. There is ample parking. The 4 beach passes are a nice money saver! Our family would definitely come back to Wil's place.

We had a really lovely trip! Unfortunately there was a miscommunication about construction and that's how we were awoken on our first day. Reinaldo was responsive almost immediately and got in touch with his building management. He offered us a reasonable discount for the inconvenience, and upon realizing the construction would be continuing the whole trip he offered a full refund, or a greater discount for our inconvenience. We understand things happen and are so happy with how he handled this. The condo itself is great! The master bedroom has gorgeous views of the ocean! You can watch the sunrise from bed! Having in-unit laundry was nice, we were able to have clean towels throughout the stay. The condo is in an excellent location, sort of tucked away in the corner aka fabulous for privacy. The walk to the boardwalk/beach was super short, and there is plenty to do on the boardwalk! Thank you for hosting us, and we look forward to next year!!

Overall - A Great Place Ideal Location, peaceful and relaxing, a short walk to the beach, 10-15 minutes walk to the boardwalk. Just like the photos, upscale look, pleasantly decorated. Very Clean and well appointed, linens, towels, extra blankets and trow blankets, kitchenware. beach chairs and umbrella. All appliances and in good working condition Secure building and assigned parking. Highly Recommended.

"The space was perfect. Right on the beach with an access ramp onto the sand. We used the city's sand wheelchair a few times, and it was great. Lifeguards were so helpful and kind. They were an excellent resource while you're staying there. Walking distance to several restaurants, casual and fancy. Quiet roads nearby where our two kids rode bikes at all hours of the day. We also walked to the bayside to watch the sunset, a pleasant 5 min walk. The host was responsive and very helpful."

Niki's place was amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better location. The view was beautiful. Niki had most of what we needed for the beach, which was so helpful: chairs and umbrellas. The house had all we needed to make meals at home and was close enough to walk to the boardwalk. The master bedroom's bed was exceptionally comfortable. Niki was great at communicating and helping us troubleshoot the TV when we couldn't turn it on. We would definitely stay here again.

Kim made our stay as comfortable as possible. She was very accommodating. The apartment was clean and well kept. It was walking distance to the boardwalk and some places to eat. We will definitely keep this as a favorite place to stay in the future. Thank you! Eva & Tara

Great place to stay.

Wondefull place, the only downfall was that it is next to the Flamingo motel with parties going on 24/7 but that is not the host's fault. Otherwise amazing.

The place was very clean and easy to get into It had everything I needed What I loved was that Kishore the host stopped by to make sure everything was good I felt I could get in touch with him when I had any questions I especially loved the outdoor space and new furniture a great place to hang out Highly recommended!!!!!

The location of this condo is incredible. Block to beach. Across the street from restaurants and shops. Walking distance to everything. The home isn’t incredibly big. I would say 4 max. It was perfect for our weekend. We would stay again.

Great stay with the kids. They loved the pools and the short walk to the boardwalk. I’m grateful they provided linens but I would’ve preferred to know they were disposable as they weren’t very comfortable and next time I’ll know to bring my own. I’m just picky in that way though. The place was great and spacious and provided a great family vacation.

What a pleasure to have found this place! I travel to the area for business and the last few places I stayed were mediocre at best. Dave is a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive, and the condo is exactly as described and pictured! I will definitely book this for my future visits. Our family and our lab Ryder had a wonderful time this week 8/3/24-8/10/24. The condo is perfect. A short walk to the beach, very clean and comfortable. Lots of amenities and special touches like the dog mat when we first walked in. Looked exactly like the pics! Neighbors were friendly and our dog was able to make new friends with other dogs in the neighborhood during his daily walks. Centrally located to shopping and the boardwalk. Host Maria was extremely responsive to any questions we had and made us feel at home. Thanks for letting us stay!

Great place, enjoyed my stay, very close to the beach. Pleased and would stay again. Two cons, the beds are a little uncomfortable but do able. Also the cleaning fee is a little high when there isn’t much they have to clean specially since there was no towels or linen.

I love this area for vacation. Having off street parking , Laundry and a place to accomodate my pet were bonuses. Not having linens and towels is a Jersey thing, I always feel that these items should be available onsite especially for the price of rentals in this area. Tina is a pleasant and responsive host. I recommend her and would stay here again.

Spent the weekend there for the beach and had a wonderful time! Boardwalk is right nearby. And the photos of the rooms looked better in person! Great stay.

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

Great house, I can say everything was more than I expected! Very clean, comfortable and big house, good location, quiet and friendly neighborhood, nice to walk and good restaurants around. The host Will was very nice and flexible. Highly recommend!

Beautiful home .. perfect for families for vacation or weekend stay. Close enough to walk to the beach.. boardwalk and local restaurants. Thanh and Rose are very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend!!

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

We have stayed at this property in past. There have been many improvements done to the upstairs unit. New furniture and updated bathrooms were a very pleasant surprise. The view is spectacular from many locations in the unit. I look forward to my next stay at this beautiful unit.

Great place to stay if you have kiddos! There’s a whole room with bunk beds and toys. Awesome location!!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! This is a great place conveniently located to everything. The place is beautiful, clean, and decorated in a beachy vibe. It was super stocked with everything you could think of. Just grab a couple personal belongings and you are set! The host was great and responsive. We didn’t want to leave.
