Wonderful find for a quick girls weekend. The house is peaceful and cozy with a beautiful view. The space was clean and comfortable with simple kitchen basics, comfortable beds and a great updated bathroom. Talisa was accommodating and responsive from start to finish, will definitely return.

Exactly as shown & fantastic host! Lovely touches all around the space. Creative renovation of the beach house I grew up with in Seaside back in the 80’s. Very walkable and centrally located to most local activities. Lots of restaurants and recommendations from host. One of the best house rules books in the space I have ever seen. Comfy towels and strong AC with very efficient fans strategically located throughout the house. Kitchen was well stocked and coffee maker is fast!

Obsessed is an understatement! Love going to the beach for my birthday for ultimate relaxation. The cottage was adorable, had anything you could need and the location is impossible to beat. The house was very clean and everything had its place. Stay was a gracious, kind host and very responsive. We will be visiting again for sure!

The cottage was perfect for our weekend stay. Jillian was a super responsive host and offered to help with recommendations and anything else we needed. We will be back!

Great experience all around ! I would consider renting this spot again , fell in love with the house and the host was great! So spacious! Anything that we forgot , the house had it , it was above and beyond equipped ! Great location ! Friendly neighbors ! Perfect for hosting an intimate gathering !

We stayed in Chris' apartment for a few days over Father's Day weekend. It's a cozy place in a great location — very close to nightlife, shopping and even the boardwalk/beach if you're up for a 10-15 minute walk. Chris was great at communicating instructions and helpful tips during our stay. It's on the second floor so there are stairs to climb and something to consider if you have a dog who isn't used to stairs. Ours was totally okay with it. She loved the backyard as there were always squirrels hanging around. We didn't use the swim spa/hot tub but it looked impressive. The kitchen has plates, dishes, etc. and they even squeezed in a washer/dryer which was really great to have. The beds were very comfortable which for me is super important. There was a queen bed in one room and a king bed in a back room which has an slanted ceiling so it's a little tricky getting in and out but we managed. This is an excellent spot for a weekend by Belmar's bars, restaurants and the beach!

If i could give John Anthony and Alysons condo more than 5 stars i would! The condo was absolutely beautiful. It have everything we needed and was spotless! Location was perfect for exploring since this was our first time in Seaside. Our favorite part was enjoying time on the rooftop and seeing the beautiful sunset from up there. Brian & Emily were extremely attentive, accommodating and friendly! The place was so cute & felt spacious. The beaches were wonderful and clean, with a very short walk to get to the boardwalk that’s filled with restaurants and fun for all ages. We had a great family vacation!

What an amazing stay! The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of space and a great outdoor area. Everything was beautifully decorated, beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was set up so nicely. The ocean and bay were both 5 minutes walking distance, with restaurants and stores within walking distance and the boardwalk area close by. Dean was a great host, and we will definitely be back!

Cynthia was the loveliest host and was incredibly communicative from before we arrived to the very end. She answered all our questions quickly and gave some great recommendations. It’s a great location and easy to get everywhere. Only things to mention is metered street parking near that area so may need to park elsewhere, and the stairs to get up to the apartment are a little steep, but Cynthia was helpful explaining both of these and we had a perfect time.

Cute, cozy little vacation spot. Worked for my family of 4, but I wouldn’t say many more could fit comfortably. I appreciated having the baby gate since there was a pretty tall flight of stairs right at the entrance to the rooms. Great location, about halfway between the beach & Main Street. The park down the street is great for younger kids too.

Place very clean, spacious. Beds comfortable. Is on a busy road and close to fire station so sirens can be heard. Host always communicated. Liked the little extras, shampoo , conditioner & shower gel. Paper towel and toilet paper to start you off. Providing beach badges, chairs and towels what an added bonus!!

We appreciated the well-stocked kitchen and Danielle's flexibility with our needs since we were coming from out of state. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. This was especially important since the weather was not great during our stay, so we spent a lot of time in the condo.

This was a perfect space for two couples on a beach weekend. The distance to the boardwalk was perfect. Close enough while still being quiet. The host was very responsive when any issues arose and I was very impressed with their helpfulness to go over and beyond. Thank you for a great stay!

Location location location! Quick walk to the boardwalk and beach, and just around the corner from Cheesesteak Louie’s and Klee’s Bar and Grill, both highly recommended! Also just a few steps from Ryan’s Deli where we got some good bagels on our last morning. I’ll admit I was a little apprehensive at first, as it’s not much to look at from the outside. Directly across the street, there’s a large vacant home adjacent to a large, weed filled vacant lot, but that meant it was a little more quiet I guess? The renters/tenants of the other units were friendly enough, even invited my dad for a late night Scotch on the patio. The unit is nicely decorated with a lot of cute beach themed bric-a-brac. Kitchen had what we needed to make breakfast, even if the pots and pans were a little worse for wear. I slept on the bottom bunk and had no complaints or issues sleeping. My parents had the Queen and they seem satisfied. All in all Jessica’s place was a great value for what we paid.

Beautiful home and beach front property in amazing central location to shops and food. The hosts were always available to answer all questions and assist with our needs. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys and everyone had a great time. I had coffee on the deck each morning , very peaceful and great people watching and the boys had endless fun playing in the sandy yard. The house is well equipped. With large living spaces and bedrooms, beach chairs, towels, grill, and games. You will be sad to leave.

Julianna’s place was clean and she was very friendly. The only thing was the sink was leaking. I called them right away and they were quick to help. Attentive. Overall great stay great location it was 1 min walk to the boardwalk which has everything to do.

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! We had the best stay at Jennifer’s place for a girls weekend getaway! We didn’t want to leave. You can tell she puts a lot of heart into her place to make it welcoming. It is so well decorated and stocked with all the necessities, plus more than you would typically expect! This is a place where you don’t have to pack a ton for the beach because she has the place stocked with everything you need for a beach trip. We were missing something in the condo and Jennifer was quick to respond and bring it to us, she is super communicative and accommodating. The location was PERFECT as we walked to everything we wanted to within 15 minutes. Having beach badges to both Seaside AND funtown were such a plus. HIGHLY recommend checking out Funtown!! We are already planning a trip back!!
