Beth's place is fantastic. The beautiful views through the big picture window were just amazing. The house is lovely with many thoughtful touches. The beds were very comfortable and we all slept well. I would highly recommend Beth's place to anyone visiting the island. It's a great base to get around and a lovely place to come back to.

We've just returned from our stay at Rosie's house - we were a family of 8, 4 Adults and 4 children (aged 1-11), it was a lovely home from home. Extremely clean and tidy, with a well equipped kitchen, huge welcome basket and she has a large store cupboard with useful condiments such as vinegar. The rooms are spacious and clean. The living room is huge with a large selection of books and board games. The views of the sea from the balcony are amazing. Its such a great location for exploring the local area, there is a small park and skateboard minutes from the front door. I highly recommend this to other families.

We had such a wonderful time! The house was perfect for our stay, really spacious, comfortable and clean. The hot tub was great and the house was so close to the beach (less than 5 min walk). Aimee and Paul were really helpful and responsive when we had questions. I would highly recommend booking a stay here!

We have just returned from a fantastic stay at Beach Lodge. It was the perfect base for myself, my husband, our two young children and our dog to stay for a couple of days whilst enjoying the delights of West Wittering Beach and the surrounding area. The lodge is connected to the main house, where the owners live, but it felt very private as it has its own front door and a back gate which meant we could come and go as we pleased. It is located literally just a few minutes walk to the beach - so very convenient! The lodge also has its own private, enclosed garden which was perfect for the kids and the dog. Communication with Michelle and Jack was faultless. Ahead of our stay, Michelle sent recommendations of local places for dinners/lunches which were so helpful and we ate at a few and all were delicious. Thanks Michelle! Overall, we found Beach Lodge to be peaceful, comfortable and the perfect place for a short weekend away from London. We certainly hope to return again soon!

Carey is always responsive and happy to help as much as she can, this is our second stay here and it doesn’t disappoint, clean and everything is thought of, will definitely stay there again 😊

We had the most lovely stay! We felt right at home, it was beautiful and comfortable and we were in complete awe the moment we walked in. The amenities were perfect. Cannot fault anything! Kate was extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. She made us feel so welcome and was extremely responsive. I would highly recommend a stay here and we will definitely be back to stay again.

Roxanne really is a 5 star host. she made our stay easy and stress free. really felt like a home from home! the kids had so much to entertain them and it was completely kitted out with everything we needed. the caravan is lovely and comfortable. if we ever need somewhere to stay in Portsmouth we will definitely be choosing Roxanne!

We are home after a Mon- Fri half term break at Admiral’s Watch, and we have had a wonderful time. Before we arrived we had clear directions from Nicky along with a really helpful list of recommendations for places to go with the kids. Getting to the property was easy and it was great to have a dedicated parking spot. The area is peaceful and completely beautiful. The small precinct of shops/ restaurants within the terrace was useful and didn’t intrude on our stay at all. The property itself is beautiful and just like the photos- the sea is right in front of the apartment making the views amazing. Nicky has styled the property beautifully and there was plenty of space for us as a family of four plus our dog. Activity wise I would recommend a trip to nearby Hurst Castle, and a meal at the Cliff House restaurant which was a short stroll away. Totally recommended, we had a great stay. Caron's caravan is well equipped and spotless. It has a homely feel and is nice and cozy come the evening once curtains are pulled. Caron herself was very contactable and quick with her replies. There was a welcome basket for us on arrival and a little something for the grand children. We had the best time.

Very homely and very well stocked caravan. Nice and quiet when we stayed. Parking space at the side big enough for 2 cars. Samantha was very helpful and very responsive to messages. Activity passes included making this a very reasonably priced place to stay.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lodge on the beautiful Isle of Wight. Tucked away in a peaceful caravan park just a stone’s throw from the sea, it offered the perfect mix of relaxation and seaside charm. The location couldn’t be better—waking up to the beautiful sea view and being able to stroll down to the beach in just minutes was absolute bliss. The on site pool and playground were the perfect end to a day exploring for our kids, all the staff here were friendly, helpful and couldn’t do enough to help. The accommodation itself was spotless, stylish, and incredibly comfortable. Everything we needed was there, from towels, a well-equipped kitchen to cozy beds and a lovely lounge area with the most stunning uninterrupted sea views . It felt more like a boutique coastal retreat than a lodge! Can’t recommend this place highly enough—whether you’re after a romantic escape, a quiet solo retreat, or a family break by the sea, this gem has it all. Thank you Rob :)

A lovely stay here with great amenities. Sadly we were only informed of the snooker table being refurbished on arrival which was a shame but everything else was wonderful and thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was excellent. The hot tub on the balcony was a nice touch! Thanks Nina & Max

We really enjoyed our holiday at Whitecliff Bay Holiday Park. Rosie’s accommodation was excellent. It had everything it said it would. It was clean, well maintained and welcoming. Rosie advised on the local amenities and was extremely friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay there again.

We’ve stayed along the seafront in Selsey over Easter for the last four years in different locations. This was our favourite house to date and the service from Luxury Boltholes was exemplary. The house was absolutely stunning, homely and incredibly well appointed. Some really nice touches and the attention to detail was fantastic. We highly recommend both the house and Luxury Boltholes, thanks for a great weekend!

Turnstone House was perfect to celebrate a family birthday, beautiful location and so well appointed. Amazing views and ideal for walking into Cowes. Couldn't have been better. Thank you Jo.

The house was spacious and suitable for 4 adults, 2 children and 1 dog. Although alongside a main road very quiet, a local convenience store just a short walk along the main road. The lovely part of the location was walk up the road and then the costal path, one way to Shanklin and the other to Sandown, The local swimming pool is really good, also has gym facilities. A really good property to stay at, we recommend it.

This is our second stay at Longwood Edge and we loved it just as much the second time round. It’s a fabulous home in a great location. Really well laid out with everything you could possibly need. We absolutely love the open plan living space, it’s great for spending time with friends and family. The outside space is great too, a lovely spot for a drink and relaxing. It’s a peaceful location but only a few minutes drive from both Ventnor and Shanklin. I would definitely recommend it.

Six adults stayed for a last minute few days away. Ceri and Laura’s property was super clean, spacious, with luxury bedding and towels. Split over three levels it had wonderful all round views and we could just catch the beautiful sunset. There was a nice little food hamper to welcome us. Each couple had their own bathroom, I can’t fault it. We drove around the island several times as it was out-of-season so everything was closed until 1April but we did lots of long walks and had a lovely break.

Beautiful place with views of the beach, all felt very new and clean. Right next to a lively pub only thing was slightly overwhelming check out rules (hard to have done the dishwasher and emptied it all by 10am before checking out, and expecting guests who’ve paid £500+ to strip all the beds and put all bedding and towels in a laundry bag felt a bit OTT).

Annabel was the most accommodating and wonderful host. She helped us with the ferry and gave great recommendations around the isle. Whenever I sent a message she got back right away and we really felt like we were properly taken care of. We all had the most magical time, thank you Annabel 🥰

This property was very well equipped and very much a home. It was pristine but equally had lovely home touches. Michelle was very helpful with providing an extra cot for our two children, aswell as a baby bath and lots of other equipment so we didn’t have to pack as much. She was very responsive before our stay and offered flexible check in/out too. We’d love to come again when we can and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this stay.
